Was a regular customer and loved their burgers but hadn't been there in about 5 or 6 years. The 6 foot dandelion growing in the step of the entrance should have been a clue and the inside hadn't been swept in a while. The appetizer and drinks we decent but my 1/3 pound burger was under a 1/4 of a pound for fun and was tasteless but really chewy. When I told this to the manager he informed me about shrinkage during cooking and a lot of other BS. He had had this conversation many times before. You got my money this time...good bye forever...we won't miss each other.
June 4th went for my birthday with 3 sisters. We all ordered Best of Chicken it was so overcooked literally burnt. They had a party of 20 coming after us. The only excuse we got was kitchen was overwhelmed. It was taken home to feed the dogs. Salad was limp like it was under a heater. Terribly disappointed that it would be served to a patron No excuse
Very disappointed. My order came to 100$ for 4 burger meals but that wasn't the problem. If I'm paying 22 dollars a meal(burger and fries)and yousend out bugers that looked and tasted like preformed burgers from the grocery store then I'm won't be ordering or recommending them ever again. What happen to their amazing burgers from back in the day. Will say bubi's sauce is still great
We have been here several times pre-pandemic. We love the food!! We drove an hour with friends because we were excited they were finally open, again. While we were 25 minutes out, we realized no one had made a reservation. We called, told them we were 25 minutes out and asked if they had a spot for 6. They said they did so we continued on. When we got there, they said the wait would be an hour; that some other people had come in before us and even though we had phoned ahead, we would have to wait. I don’t know what happened between our phone call and arrival but we lost the table. We won’t be back. We’ve always had great service before but that experience soured the place for us.
We have only dined their twice. Both time fries were good, but thats it. burger still sucks, place is dirty and gross. bathroom is beside a large table where people eat. I cant beleive that this place was on TV for its food at one point. Disgusting!!

Got home with our food. Best of breast hard, puzza crusts can't eat rock hard, over fried. Horrible takeout experience

Went by with my son on Thursday night at 7:20 to grab a quick bite on the recommendation of a friend while down for a hockey tourney. Upon entering we were advised by the bartender/sever that he was going to close early as there was only 1 other table in the restaurant at the time. You would think with the challenges the hospitality industry has gone through as well as many other businesses they would actually want to serve the public and not walk them 40 minutes before close. We found lots of other solid restaurants in the neighboring areas to support so I would recommend looking elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I had dinner here this past week and it was so disappointing their fries were horrible and they did not have good quality food. I don't know if they are under new management or something but they need to go back to what they had before fresh cut fries and big portions. The only redeeming quality was the amazing waiter.
