We have eaten there before and have had a great meal and service. But last night June 10th, all 8 can say it was the worst meal we have ever had. First thing, I ordered their new Honey pickle chicken sandwich and it took over 35 minutes to come. My wife ordered a personal pizza ( which she8 has several times) and the crust was soggy. The pizza must have sat under heat lamps until my sandwich was made. Waitress gave us excuse that another server took my sandwich. Manager didn't charge us anything, which was fine by me. Not a good experience.
Never had a bad meal. Whether it's ordering different pizzas or burgers, I have not been disappointed. Boston Pizza is definitely a staple for me when dining out.
Nachos came out cold and not melted. After we told our waitress, she said why didn't you say something? I would have if she quality checked our table after a few bites. Lunch was good but forgot a lot of things when we asked. I took her advice and chased her around the restaurant when I needed something at that point. Nothing was done about the nachos on the bill and because it was March the kids meal was free which was a plus.
I come here for lunch once a week to work. The managers, servers and hosts are always accommodating and go above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Amazing service and attention to detail. Food is always consistent and well priced. Staff really does treat you like a VIP every time. Shaylon and Cindy are great!
Fast delicious food, always a great option for lunch or dinner. The waitress was very friendly and the spinach dip was top notch. Always love going to this location for lunch or dinner . Portions sizes are good and filling . Keep it up Boston pizza
1st time in over 10 years at Boston Pizza. Was not disappointed. Pizza and Salad was Great. The server was everything she should be. Great attention given. ??

We went here the other night and we were disappointed with the food quality. Our waitresses more than friendly, the wait time for the food was a little on the longer side. We started with a French onion soup which was very very salty. My wife ordered alfredo chicken pasta which was the most disappointing thing. The pasta was very mushy, the sauce was bland, and the chicken was very cold. The whole dish lacked any flavor. Nice service but very disappointing kitchen food. Will not be returning.
Very fresh food! Good vegan and vegetarian selection and healthy eating options. Great pizzas and fantastic nachos!
