I rated this resturaunt a 4 and I got a reply to come back soon to give a 5 star. I went back today and turned it to a 1.My order wasn't prepared correctly, it was dry and the presentation had no effort especially for the price we paid. Its unfortunate I won't be back for awhile. Very disappointed. :(
Awesome experience, we went out in nice sunny day and order chicken wings, beer and a pizza. Will definitely recommend everyone near Tecumseh and Belle River area to visit this place. The customer service was great too. At last don't forget to ask for desert ☺️
I can't remember the waitress name but WOW! 2 of us came to eat dining room side. This waitress is on the ball. Brings out food one dish at a time. Timed the food perfectly to stay warm. Was always on the ball refilling our drinks. Not a single bad experience. You may never see this but thank you for the great experience!
Saw a similar review about a waitress named Sarah L. Had the same exact encounter extremely disrespectful and was not welcoming one bit. constantly gave a no care attitude and didn’t check up on us besides once while giving our food. Just constantly rolling her eyes and giving us the cold shoulder and had no manners what’s so ever. Don’t think I’ll be returning. food is great but service was terrible. Restaurant was dead so she had plenty of time to come check up on us. Extremely dissatisfied and hope her bosses fix this issue.
If I was able to I would give a lower than a 1 star review. Our waiter (Sarah L.) was completely unprofessional had a terrible attitude did not check on our table at all. Rolled her eyes several times, extremely rude. Felt extremely disrespected. Unfortunately because of this particular encounter I will not be returning again to this location. Food was great service was terrible
Great Service! Went out on a nice sunny day and enjoyed the food in the Patio. The chicken wings were so good we had to order another one, get the oven fried chicken and their thai chilli sauce. Absolutely amazing combo. Pizza and drinks were really good too and service was fast and good.
