Worst customer phone service ever.Customers deserve more respect for their business. This guy actually told me I could go some place else and hung up on me.I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Love there food ! But getting someone to pick up the phone is one thing and the owner is not a happy camper but other then that the food is great .
We were expecting big things from Bamboo, so much so we drove a 60min round trip to try it. What we got though was thoroughly disappointing - little to no flavour, quite expensive considering the quality of the food, and our takeaway order was given to us incomplete. When we got home and saw our order was missing a key dish we called them back only to be told by 3 different staff members that it was 'only rice' conveying the attitude like what were we worrying about. The third staff member (supervisor?) told us he'd have to talk to a fourth 'manager' before he could do anything to rectify the situation. I understand mistakes happen but this was a blueprint of how not to deal with them. You only get once chance to make a first impression and Bamboo totally blew it. We'll never go back and suggest you don't either
Best Chinese food in town!!! The guy answering the phone scares me but the food made it worth it.
The guy who answers the phone here is the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with when dealing with a business. Why are you even there if you hate it that much. Learn some manners and how to deal with others. You may have good food but you make your restaurant a terrible experience to deal with each and every time. It’s like dealing with an unhappy child. Grow up.
I love, love thier food,...but upto just recently I was informed that they are unable to put sauce on side!!THIS was the reason I switched and tried them out!,.... who likes soggy chicken soo gai!??,...NOT ME!!,... especially when prices everywhere have been jacked,...which I somewhat can understand, I like eating half now and half later,...because they give alot!!!, which I LOVE, LOVE!!,... but now the other half, WAS tossed this weak,....I tried, I really tried,....but just can't do it,...anyways take it how you want, it's my opinion, and now I guess I go back to the 'other' place,...sauce there is on side,...but thier coating a bit undercooked, ...not like yours used to be, but at least I can pan fry and sauce how I like!!,....until you change this small request,...you lost a customer, a pretty good one too!!!..... just sayin'
Food is very good, it's right around the corner from our house. The only issue I have is I think the owner is a little overwhelmed at times. He comes across as angry when taking orders, I think he needs more help at the counter.
The owner is lucky the food is good because if it wasn't his attitude and customer service would definitely put him out of business.
Food is so good but the guy that takes orders is so rude and unpleasant. You don't feel welcome ordering there.
Food is great. The man taking orders by phone always has a rude tone when taking orders.
