Fair warning it's a live kitchen, so it can get hot and stuffy real quick and forces you to leave rather than sit there. So the best advice, i can give is to walk out and take a bite or eat it outside, so you can complain on the spot to avoid the responses the management is giving here. My review is based on their bacon beef burger. The people below complaining about the bun are correct, the outer shell is hard as rusk. Unwilling to waste the rest of the burger I tossed the top bun off, only to be greeted with a sour tomato, stale lettuce and extremely dry over cooked bacon which like the bun was also hard and stale. The Beef patty was probably the only fresh item in the burger so if you want to try this joint get the simple beef burger and ask the polite hard working staff to grill the bun for you ( steam and heat should make the bun moist and soft). Worth pointing out that while I waited over 15 orders for poutine went out so maybe that's their specialty.
When this place was still simons prime burger it was amazing. But whom ever has taken over the business has completely destroyed the quality of thier burger's. The buns were hard and cheap. I was given a loonie sized portion of bourbon sause. The burgers had a distinctive burnt flavor. I am overall disappointed in what has become of this place and definitely will never pay to eat here again

Simple and delicious! If you're looking for a quick stop downtown for a great meal, this is a must try.Classic burgers, and a few cool combinations to try.Baja burger is great, poutine is stellar. Made with real cheese curds as it should be and a great veg based gravy (I'm assuming based on flavor)Hard working staff that went above and beyond, super kind and dedicated.We'll definitely be coming back to work our way through the menu!

Great burgers with lotsa bacon and nice crispy, seasoned fries and delicious gravy. Will definitely return.
Honest opinion, it's OK way better than the one on tecumseh and central but there cheese hasn't been the same for a couple years now it's just off. There a last resort but that's not a insult because we're pretty picky with standards. Overall good but the central location is a 1.7-2.3 out of 5
Nice restaurant with variety of hamburgers, sandwiches and poutines. Brilliant tase and warm services to soothe you.
A great local burger place! Pretty much everything on the menu has been really good. I especially love their poutines. I had the Philly poutine recently and I really loved it. Definitely a must try for anyone in or visiting in Windsor.
