Everytime I'm in a city with an Applebee's I go.. Much different menu than I remember from last one I visited, but still lots of good options. It was quite busy, which took away a bit from the atmosphere and experience, however the staff were friendly, and it was relatively fast considering we were a group of 9.
Our server, Sierra, was friendly and upbeat despite being busy. She was quick to serve our food and quick to clean up our table. The boys enjoyed their burgers, and my shrimp Caesar salad was fresh and filling. Can't beat their lemonade.
Service was slow and lacking. We had to ask for our appetizer and dessert to be brought out. There were no refills asked about, glass of water missed. Our waitress only had 4 tables, and is was not busy. She spent more time chatting with coworkers and walking around aimlessly than attending to patrons.
Worst experience I've ever had at any Applebee's locationWaited for a a longtime for appetizer to only have it brought with dinner and undercooked steak.No serving plates for appetizer. Dishes piled up barely seen waitress who only had a few tables.Place was not busy at all. Waited forever for dessert order.Just paid my bill left the dessert.Never coming back to this location.
Fantastic!!! Appetizer was delicious , well priced, perfect size, and arrived hot!!!Love it!Returned 3 weeks later and was ignored then chastised for using side door. Though I understand it appears critically understaffed today (Wednesday) chastisement doesn’t make me really happy. Spinach dip still excellent though.
Went for after work drinks with some people from the office. Great patio, excellent server, very attentive and friendly. The drink specials are pretty decent. Margarita Mondays, Cesar Tuesdays, and $7 Summer cocktails (fishbowls).
Very impressed with my meal, very impressed with the waitress, management was very good. Lastly the cook was fabulous. I am very proud of each member that cooked my meal, or serviced my meal. Thank you for the wonderful experience, me and the wife will be back soon.
Pros.Freindy staffQuickly seated.Waitress took our drink order quickly and gave us ample time to decide.The signature ribs were amazing, tasted great and the portion size was filling.Wife had the homestyle bowl. I didn't think it looked appealing at all, however she loved it. Not to spicy, very filling and there was even a little left overs.Son had the burger/fries, he devoured everything and even had icecream with hot fudge and a cherry on top. He loved it, no complaints.Cons.Waitress forgot the mozza sticks. Right.. I mean how dare she! Kidding. She apologized and made it right.Overall it was a great experience, worth the money and the atmosphere was relaxing for a family dinner.
We do eat at Applebee's Grill + Bar on a fairly regular basis. I have met some very nice staff at this restaurant and the one and only time that I had an issue with a staff member the Manager was all over it and apologized and made sure that we knew it was addressed. We ate there again on Sunday March 27th and it was very good, our server (Shylah) was really great and on top of everything. She was very pleasant and professional and really added to an overall good experience. The food was good, I love the ribs there the best and it was a very pleasant experience.
Had a family get together for my niece's 13th Bday. Food was great, servers were awesome. Even the mgmt team helped to make it a great experience!
