Great tasting food with fair prices. However cook should wear gloves
Service at this store is terrible. Onion rings are very salty, I had to throw them away. Children mails are very expensive, yet served with a very tiny cup of drink "4 Onzes". French fries are burned. Burgers are not cooked properly. My two children vomited the food, awe. The only one reason this store is still in business, is it located in Devonshire Mall Food Court
Went for breakfast at A&W at the Devonshire Mall. They couldn't enter the coupon I had .They tried three times .wait time was terrible ad my eggs were cold .People were walking away because it was so slow.I won't be back at this location.
Don't order anything from this location.
I have no clue how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. The workers are so careless and disrespectful. The place is extremely unsanitary especially with Covid 19 happening. I went to order a burger combo and they proceeded to cook it right in front of me, touching the burger with no gloves!! Are you serious? Before I could even pay I told them never mind. I couldn’t believe what I had saw, I’m disgusted.
Very unsanitary in times of COVID…the people in the back don’t use gloves because as they said they regularly sanitize..honestly I wouldn’t take the risk..eat at your own expense!

Make sure you check your order before you leave. They were not that busy, but took a while for food and then one of my kids did not get a burger. bought 2 kids meals with cheese burgers and a mama burger for the older kid. Sadly he came home to have it and was disappointed that they left it out of the order.
I don't know if it's the pandemic, but they've gone pretty downhill. My wife got a spicy burger and there were 3 tiny dabs of sauce on it. Not worth buying at all.
Best fast food chain by far
