Usually good here but they gave me overcooked, dry, disgusting and stale Fries. Tossed in the garbage at Home.
the uncle burger was very good but the onion rings was not and it took a while to get my order and I think that was because I ordered a uncle burger which take more time so that means it was cooked fresh.
Usually good here, not tonight; slow service, watered down root beer, cold greasy food and dirty dining room. Very disappointed, not usual like this.
The chubby chicken was pretty thin. Felt like a kids version. Burger was good. Onion rings were excellent and for only 2 people being there, it was fast as well.
We went to dine in and we were the only one in , service very slow only 2 people working and the guy who was taking the order couldn't keep up with the busy drive through orders we waited for 20 minutes to get our food. He forgot the coffee and I had to go ask twice for it, instead of apologizing he looked over our table to see if I was saying the truth. I mentioned that you need more people to work he did not apologize for the wait or for forgetting the coffee and not even for spilled coffee when he gave it to me. And also we were not asked if we were vaccinated to dine in ???? We had breakfast and the food was dropping oil after we got the long waited coffee we put it in the garbage can it was disgusting. Not again
The best experience I've ever had at an A&W. Drive-thru Employee was very pleasant. The food was delivered quickly and it was the best I've ever had from A&W.
This is the second time ordering food from this a&w. And it has been horrible. The mozza burger was under cooked. The onion ring were mush. I wont be going back to any A&w. After this. The food has really gone down hill.

What kind of sadistic manager would only schedule 2 employees for the whole restaurant to serve dine in and drive thru..?Overpriced 13 bucks for a couple breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. I could get a high quality breakfast at a local diner for cheaper and quicker.I chose dine in and waited 8 mins to get served and then another 21 mins to get my food!Never again will I think of good, fast food when I choose an a&w.
This is by far the worst A&W location I have ever been to. In the past two weeks three of my orders have had mistakes. Even if there are no mistakes, the burgers are often shoddily put together with bits of tomato and lettuce a normal person would throw away—I've gotten an entire knot of lettuce, the garbage bit on the end nobody uses, put on my burger before. I've gotten attitude from two separate workers here. Nobody here cares or pays attention to what they are doing.It's also extremely rare for whoever is running drive-thru to not interrupt me. Happens almost every single time: I'll still be speaking my order and the worker will speak over me to ask, "Do you want a drink? Is that everything?" No, I don't want a drink and no that isn't everything. Let me speak.I'm never returning to this location.
