Very clean and modern. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Food was fresh and tasty. Great experience.
managers are mad disrespectful, general manager isn’t helpful, and the foods always cold or never fresh. also i ordered a dave’s single and they put bacon on my food, i threw it out since i can’t eat bacon and asked the general manager for another one or refund and he just told me to buy another one… also you can tell ashmita shouldn’t be a supervisor manager cuz of the way she talks to customers or her own co workers. mad disrespectful

I called in to report food not neing fresh. The employee proceeded to say we have to ask if we want the food fresh. I was shocked as the employee admitted they leave there food.sitti g for an hour before throwing it out. It's no wonder their food taste like #^$&$2. I asked to.speak with a manager and the employee refused. I.asked for her name. She refused. She suggested it was a security risk to give me her name when I just had a complaint and.wantrd to know who to ask for when Iwanted my food replaced, as she offered to replace one meal because I had the receipt. She did not give me her name so I will address her as an aweful person.
I waited 15 minutes only to have my simple order messed up. Went inside and waited another 10 minutes while they took skip the dishes orders ahead of everyone else. Finally they get to me and tell me that they don't have what I'm looking for. I'd have to wait another 10 minutes. No apologies or offer for my meal to be on the house. Horrible customer service. They simply don't listen. This isn't the first time this has happened. It definitely will be the last.
They clearly prioritize drive through customers over anyone inside. I waited and waited, the wendys app also froze when loading my offer so I left. Both a bad experience on the restaurants side as well as corporate. Wendys used to be the best.
I ordered a Large Fries. The attendant, Restaurant Manager Ashmita packed the Fries on top of a bunch of napkins making the bag top heavy. The Bag of Fries toppled over onto the ground by the self-serve counter when I was getting some ketchup. I went back to the front counter and told Manager Ashmita what happened. I requested a complimentary replacement order of large fries. She insisted that the accident with the fries was not the Restaurant's responsibility and that I must pay again for another order of fries. I insisted that the Restaurant should provide a free order of fries to replace the damaged order of fries because I was still in the restaurant and I had not left the premises with my order. Manager Ashmita then said that the Restaurant had been closed when I had walked in to place my order. I told her that the Restaurant had been open and that the door was still open. I then told her I would complain to the Restaurant Owner and politely requested his name. Manager Ashmita refused to give me the name and told me to go ahead and complain. She also threatened to call the police on me. I paid for another order of fries then left. The Restaurant Manager was extremely unhelpful, uncaring and uncooperative. She was unreasonably personally hostile over a few fries, fries that are otherwise littering the floor in the restaurant's kitchen. Making a customer pay again is mean and miserly. Unbelievably poor customer service. Ashmita should not be in the service business. And she certainly should not be a Manager. I pity the people who work for her.

I have been in this place on multiple times, and whenever im served by this one larger lady my order is normally inputted incorrectly and I normally have to repeat myself. She never looks like she wants to be there. Whenever I am served by anyone else they always have a smile on their face and ive never had anything incorrect.
