Walked over to have Saturday night frosties with my kids, 6 and 8. Bought the frosties, sat down to eat them, and was told within 2 minutes that the restaurant was closing and we had to leave. The worker who asked us to leave was rather zealous about it.My question remains: since this is a shared restaurant with a common dining area, why weren’t the restaurants able to close (they were certainly able to lower their shutters), while the diners in the common area finished eating? There was no work happening in the common area, not even a single cleaner. All the work was behind the counters.
Went there about a week ago. The service was extremely poor. We stood waiting g for almost 5 min waiting for someone to take our order. They did not have several items on the menu. They did not get our order right. I was also surprised that the next person in line (who had been waiting patiently) was finally told to leave the area and go through the drive through to place his order. He was told that by the manager. Not surprisingly he left and took his business to McDonald's. Our order was not correct. We will choose another location or place to eat in the future.
every single time i’ve come to this location they get the order wrong. my family and i just came to get a couple burgers in the drive through and they messed up all 3 burgers. do not recommend.
My experience has been really bad at this Wendy’s. They have terrible customer service they get mad at you when you can’t hear them through speaker and if you ask for extra stuff. I asked for extra vinegar and got 1 package and also my bass where basically thrown at me out the drive through window.
PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!Today June 2th 12:30pm , I made the mistake to go to this place. I asked them if I could get a breakfast biscuit ( McDO and Tim have 24/7 Breakfast available) they said there is no breakfast at this time then I said thanks can I Order a Dave’s triple. When I drove to the window, A lady ( physically overweight, white and incredibly RUDE) gave me a Dave’s single. I told her that I ordered a Dave’s triple and she said :” WELL YOU ALSO ORDERED A BREAKFAST” then she took my receipt and the Dave’s single and she slammed the window at me. I decided NOT to move my car until I get a REFUND or my FOOD!She called the police and took a picture of my car ( like a child) Since the police were taking some time to show up. I called them myself . When they arrived , they spoke with her and then she made a new burger.She was so PROUD to say :” I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER of this WENDY’s “ Then I told myself ...wait a second...if I was in her shoes , I wouldn’t mention that. What kind of exemple is SHE for her younger colleagues???? And the reputation of the store!!!!???Should do some Background check / or psychological assessment before choosing the right people.DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. GO TO THE OTHER WENDYs NEARBY.
Use Drive tru They aren't taking orders inside been waiting for quite some time in front the register. Not even greeted
We ordered UBER 713FA.... driver gave the order to the wrong address.....the food was cold and incorrect...Fine job Wendy's %$#@^%$....We got a hot meal at A&W and it was Good!
Food was tasty, service was fast and friendly, can't ask for much more than that.
Best Wendy’s location around, fast friendly service. Always clean, with fresh food 11/10 for the Wendy’s side of the building !
The staff working at this Wendy's clearly takes pride in their work. The burgers were wrapped with care, and the special order JBC no cheese was marked so I didn't have to open everything to find it. Once we did open the wrappers our family discovered the most carefully crafted JBCs we have ever had. I am talking burgers that actually looked like the pictures, and they tasted deliciously fresh. The fries were equally fresh in all their warm, golden, salty splendor. It was the perfect pick me up to our day. Well done burger heros...well done.
