We have always stopped at this Tim's before we get onto the 401. My husband wanted to stop there on our last trip, as he reassured me that they were taking better care of theri facilities since my last experience. Well- I gave it a chance. The bathroom had not been cleaned in awhile- let's just say it was up there with some of the dirtiest bathrooms I have had to use travelling. Personally, I refused to order food in a facility where the bathroom is this dirty. I only hope the staff uses a different bathroom in the back- otherwise they are using this bathroom and then preperaring your food.
I go through the drive thru almost everyday and my drink and food are always perfect and so fast!
They refused to toast croissants for us. Citing a manager had told them not to do it. We get toasted croissants at many other locations. Getting croissants toasted is an option on the app where we often place orders. For some reason this location finds it impossible to place a croissant in the toaster. We ended up going across the street and they were nice enough to give us what we wanted.Not sure if it is laziness or mismanagement but im sure head office would have quite the objection against one of their restaurants literally refusing to give customers a product thats available prepared in a way which is offered by the restaurant.
Just moved to Oshawa from Scarborough. I've only done drive through so far but his is by far the best Tim's I've been to in a long time. Morning crew is cheerful, which starts my day off right. Orders always correct. Fast.
I Order an iced coffee and there was something thick and brown in the iced coffee almost looked like a slug. Clearly they are not cleaning the coffee containers as much as they should. I have a 2 star rating because they always make my order right and it's convenient to access the highway. Such a disappointment.
This location deserves 5 stars. The service is quick and amazing… not like any other Tim Hortons!!!! Thank you thank you thank you ❤️ ..
I was so icsaited to go to timmies to get my ushiwall cinnamon bun but as soon as I left the drive thru and opened the box I was very disappointed to see my cinnamon bun with not much icing. Overall I would go there again but I would not get a cinnamon bun again...you be the guge...where's the icing
Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo, with a cappuccino, and an assorted 20-pack of timbits. The timbits came with 3 chocolate and the rest were plain and birthday cake.We were not impressed.
One of the best Tim Hortons experiences I've had. I placed my order through the drive through and they were quick and courteous. They even clarifed the order to make it right! It might of been the individual server that day but it was excellent!!
Never have I gone to any sort of restaurant where EVERY employee was under "training". I don't understand how that's possible at all. Waited 30mins to get a Strawberry Creamy Chill after they attempted to give me a Strawberry Lemonade 5 times. Even tried throwing whip cream on it as if that's what the difference maker was. I truly wish to know, who on Earth is training these employees if none of them know how to make a Strawberrry Creamy Chill? I also asked for a green tea, 3 sugars, 1 honey. WHY IS THERE MILK!?
