This is one of the worst Tims locations in Oshawa. 9/10 times no products are available and no apology or reasoning is provided. Staffs are unprofessional and force us to buy what's on shelf. Recommendation to shut down this location or change management.

Thursday march 17, 2022 @10:14am-10:16am drove in 2nd time visiting Lots of cars lined up window seem like few ppl working. Anyways i ordered large black tea TT with 2 eggNcheese with hash brown. The tea was very cold almost as if they made it around 9 am ready in cups only to hand out or as if someone’s cancelled order. Definitely not coming back but this is a feedback for manager and whole time. I am 100% sure manager was not or maybe too busy to check why and how come staff served customers carelessly.
I just waited 10 minutes out the window for 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel Then the byelaws they handed me was cold and soggy. I am extremely unsatisfied
This obviously isn’t anything to do with the employees but I don’t understand how such a busy Tim Hortons doesn’t carry so many items (ie. espresso drinks, oat cold brew) yet it is displayed on their menuThen I’m directed to the Tim’s across the street which is inconvenient for people going East
First time I went to this location, there was egg shell in my sausage biscuit, obviously I wasn't pleased but I decided to go again and it was a mistake. I had egg shell in my sausage biscuit again. Someone needs to be fired or at least given a lesson on how to crack an egg.

They have no idea what they are doing. Waited 15 mins and then they gave my order to someone else. I reached home to find out my farmer's wrap did not have a hash brown inside. Just Egg.Coffee is never stirred properly and is never the same. I don't usually rate people with 1 star but this is just poor management.
the tall guy is kind of poggers. give him a raise.
