Literally got a farmers wrap with it only having contents in it covering about 1/3 of the wrap….are you guys that desperate to save money on egg? Not coming back

I shouldn't have to check to make sure my order is correct before I leave. There is a pretty clear phonetic difference between a SAUSAGE breakfast sandwich and a BACON breakfast sandwich. Idk how much clearer I can make myself, just make it right the first time. This happens all too often.
Should probably start prioritizing walk ins, stood in line while Sid the sloth struggled to make coffee for the person infront... Drive thru had 6+ staff, inside had Sid the sloth... It's sad cause this is the best location in town and it's slowly falling apart
Good morning, I always do Tim’s review based on speed and how coffee is done. It took good 10 mins to get my coffee but there was a lot of people in front of me so I understand. I still think they can do better.Coffee and bagel was done rite so that’s a good thing. 3 stars is because it took a long time.The associate on the window was polite.No issuesThank you☕️
The owner has decided to close down all the Tim Horton’s locations in Brooklin except for the one on Baldwin. A complete inconvenience for people who live near these locations and I did drive to the one down on Baldwin today, the line was ridiculous abs very slow, you can hardly hear the people on the speaker when they are taking your order, they had no iced coffees left, no Timbits. I asked the worker at the drive-thru if she knew why the other locations were closed and she said there is a big conundrum and the owner wanted all of his employees at one location rather than spread out at 4? Then why have other Tim’s open with no one working there? Just keep them sitting vacant? Makes no sense. I won’t drive down to the Baldwin location anymore, I’ll go to another location closer to where I work. The Tim’s workers look exhausted and overworked too. What a disappointment.
They do an excellent job keeping the line moving during the morning rush, and always with friendly service. My morning stop!
Friendly staff, fast service, and once in a while I get a smiley face on my coffee lid. This is my go-to location in town. It's nice to remember that sometimes everyone makes a mistake and to be patient and forgiving in a respectable manner.

the lady working the drive thru window at 6 am this week that just passed. July 13 to 17. very unpleasant. never hello. or goodbye. to be frank. just rude.
