Why do the hash browns taste like donuts? Also I found the drive through lady rude. She was cutting of her colleagues while I was ordering and cutting me off while I was asking a question. This isn’t my first time having this experience when she is there. All the other staff seems great but this lady needs to be monitored because her customer service is very poor.

This location is awesome. They never mess the order up and my tea is always fantastic! My favorite location!

We went to this Tim’s today and ordered hazelnut cold brews. When we got our drink, there was no foam and it just tasted like regular watered down ice coffee, not stirred, no syrup, just watery coffee. When we went back in to request for the drinks to be changed, the manager said “this could be done, no problem”. However, another customer rep came up to us and said that they ran out of cold foam so didn’t add any. If we were informed of this when we placed the order, we wouldn’t have ordered at this location. I politely asked the lady if they could just add some hazelnut syrup because it was not really drinkable. She just responded “but I already did” and waited till we just decided to leave. To top it off, some of us felt sick after drinking the drinks as well. Please avoid going to this location.

This is the slowest and the worst Tim's location I've ever been to. No one seems to know what they're doing and the staff here work like the sloths in the DMV in Zootopia. They managed to turn a simple drink into the worst tasting thing I've ever had. We got 4 of the same drink (hazelnut cold brew with oat milk) and each was a different color. Management (if there's any) did not care to fix or replace our drinks. I highly recommend the location right across this wannabe Tims! I wouldn't trust these guys with plain water.

Literally the SLOWEST location in all of Durham Region. The staff are clueless and the management is incompetent. Zero sense of urgency or care for the customers and food they put out.

Service took extremely long. Used the men's washroom.Urinal was clogged. No hand soap amd the si k was dirty.

Didn't give me part of my order this is mistake number 6 with this location.. not sure why the app uses this location for me when there is one closer.. so as of right now I've paid for things not given to me.

Gave me an ice coffee that was sitting there for 10 minutes.. was still good, but warm

There was one elderly man aside from me and 5 employees in the store - we were in a rush with a baby in tow. The transaction with the elderly man was taking so long that my husband paid for his coffee so we could get things going faster. They had 1 donut left - just one (unbelievable). We ordered our coffee. Got in the car and drove away. Realizing after that the order was wrong. We drove back and told them. She made my husband throw out his coffee before she’d give him the correct coffee. As if we were trying to scam a free one from her after we paid for someone else’s cuz we were rushed. No apology either. Really low bar - I don’t expect much from a tim hortons but come on. Gross
