If you want to order the same iced coffee every morning and have it taste different every time, go to Tim Hortons!
Drive thru girl Catherine is very rude. Basically threw the drinks to us with a very smug attitude. Was raking our order wrong and when we corrected her she kept saying “whatever”.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, tidy and well lite. If your in a wheelchair I would suggest not to come to this location in Whitby north. The parking spot is not beside the entrance and the path to the entrance is very tight.
Very busy Tim Hortons. The customer service could use some improvements. I ordered 1 Boston cream donut at the drive thru and when I went to pick it up at the window she was charging me for two, and was certain that I ordered two. I reassured her that I only ordered one and she passed a comment to her co-worker; "I know he ordered two." She asked me "what should I do with the other donut?" As if I was the store manager. I said I don't know. I only ordered one.
I wasted my time here. I was the only one in the whole store at the time, and they took 10 minutes to come to me, even after noticing I was there for so long. After she came, she didn't have a good sense of communication, the customer service was no good.
Dark roast still tastes burnt! Coffee, that's your job.....DO IT! Tims just took over market by sheer volume of stores, not because of quality product...would be nice to have some competition again!

Coffee was made perfectly.Most times I’ve come to this location in the past, not so good.Opinion has been redeemed:)
We had a Latte and a Bagel.Very enjoyable and good service. Construction finished and looking very nice.
Staff need to be more friendly and not so rude to thier Clientele. Even if your short 5 cents ALL THREE of thier male servers, won't make any exceptions. I used go there EVERY DAY and I accidently forgot my change purse, I asked one of male servers if I could pay for my coffee that I get everyday later, they all know that and he snapped back. About that this wasn't a free coffee store and I actually need money to purchase things in here. Just so you are aware I actually have not been back to that location since they lost my business permanently I will never go back some of the girls have really bad attitudes. They never smile and they never give anybody a break.
