Still haven't got my money back from this location. Their app says its open and I placed mobile order, only to realize these guys are closed.They finally have a paper sign saying their hours.Contacted CS, and was "rewarded" points, the physical location did nothing about it though.Besides that experience, the location is great. They seem to be chatting up a lot loudly. Came into dining room to work but the staff was louder (behind the counter talking to each other) than the customers sitting beside me having conversation.If you got headphones, you won't notice the busy/rowdy environment at times. The location is great, nearby parks and trailers and some shopping at the Plaza. So good place to grab and go your drink and snack.
Food selection was very poor. We ended up only getting drinks. Their menu used to be so much better. I wonder how many others walk out now? They'll never know because they don't ask that.
Staff was not willing to work. I ordered London Fog, they gave it to me without tea bag. Took 10 mins to prepare 2 cup coffee still incomplete.
New owners too cheap to stay open at night. The warehouse that has supported that location for 10+ years sincerely appreciates you not supporting then back. Keep going downhill timmies - saving me lots of money.
Multiple visits with a 20-30 min wait. Multiple visits with wrong size of drink given or made completely wrong from what was asked. Multiple visits of “sorry the grill is off” or “we’re out of that”. The new management is so bad
This location alway always makes the RIGHT steeped tea. I love it. And everyone is so courteous. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Good Tim Hortons in Whitby shores. There are two Tim Hortons in this area but this is better in terms of staff, item stock and behavior.The place is always clean and maintained well. They have a lot of sitting chairs but all are not functional now due to covid restrictions. But you can still order and enjoy your food inside the store if there are seat availability.Washrooms are clean in case you need a quick washroom break. There are sanitizers all around the store to keep yourself safe.This store is more famous for the drive through. You will always see a big line of cars lined up in the drive thru waiting for their orders. They are generally very quick addressing drive thru orders. The food is good and fresh for all the times I visited this store.The staff behavior has been always good and they value their customers. Definitely recommended.
Keeping it real...horrible drive through experience this morning. Ordered and paid for a large and received a medium. The bagel so dry and not fresh at all.Such a lack of customer service...poor service. Not even a good morning...The previous owners were awesome; however, not sure what to say about the current.Please train your staff with customer service skills. I will not be spending my hard earn money there.
