I will always give a review for this since 90% of the Tims I go to, now at the speaker I get a "hey" Here they actually go through the time to say welcome to tim hortons and can they help you. Service was polite and fast. Means a lot these days, thank you

The staff was friendly and helpful except the staff member smoking and blocking entrance. The store was clean and well maintained. Lots of seats available.

Had the pleasure to be served by two wonderful ladies at front counter. Their names were Aryan and Nicole. They had excellent customer service and genuinely appeared to enjoy interacting with my sister and I as customers. They were attentive, smiley, and got our order done quickly. Both women were new but they did a fabulous job at front counter (and front counter isn’t an easy task as most of the work load is out on you while drive-through does barely anything). Working front counter can be very demanding and stressful and both Aryan and Nicole had amazing customer service! Keep it up girls! I hope to be served by you again.Ps. I dropped by receipt and it ended up blowing away and I can’t leave an online review with head office without the receipt code. I hope this review will do!

Please hire new staff immediately or train them. It should not take 20 minutes for a tea. The staff in the back are not even moving. They are not looking at their Uber orders or any of the orders entered on the self serve option.Upside: The staff doing the mop cleaning was very nice.

I visit this Tim Hortons location at least twice a week as it’s the nearest location to my house.There is only worker who is usually on the drive thru who is very hard to understand along with the fact that after every item order she cuts you off with “anything else, anything else on and on after every item ordered” maybe if you gave me the chance to speak, my order wouldn’t be wrong every single visit.The workers don’t have patience, drive thru is extremely slow.

I think the cashier who works weekday mornings needs to go lol. I showed up Monday at 7:30 and asked for a farmers wrap. I was told there was no hash browns so I asked how long until there is some. The lady said “she didn’t know”I asked if she could find out so I could order (I don’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes). But she just shook her head and said “no”.She did the same thing to customers behind me. Is there not a cooking time on hash browns? Lol

Unhelpful staff ...... just spoke to some lady (who I could barely understand over the phone) and explained that a mobile order paid for at another store (store was closed for some reason) if this store could help as they did last week ..... but for some odd excuse, she said she can't help out this time. If I could give zero stars I would, I have never had an issue of a Tim Horton's store helping me or making this an issue??!!

I ordered online for drive thru to avoid waiting, and I waited for like 20 minutes. I got wrong order with no straws for the drinks and muffin instead of dount, this is not the first time happening. If workers do not like the job, then do not work.

the coffee of course, is always great, the service is friendly.

I received exceptional customer service when me and my spouse visited this Tim hortons drive thru earlier this week. We were served by a very pleasant young man who said his name was Cole. He was very patient and helped us process our order when we were unsure about a deal that was listed on the tim hortons app. I was really impressed with this young gentleman's professionalism, that I asked my husband to return to drive thru to compliment him and give him a tip. Keep up the good work Cole!! A true representation of what real customer service is.
