This place is great! Love the decor and the wide range of food choices available. What's incredible about this place is the healthy approach that it's taken for shawarma. Improvements I would make is for the shawarma meat to be higher quality. I found that the meat is super fatty and tends to be Lower quality cuts. The sauces hit the spot!
Great service and tastiest shawarma in Whitby. They messed up one of my orders, and when I called, they told me to come back for a free one the next day. And they gave the free one with a smile, no attitude at all. Very happy. One thing I will say is, even after placing a phone order, and hey food isn’t ready, I end up having to wait 10-15 minutes. Amazing service and the food is great . Unique menu. We ordered the shawarma and the falafel it’s delicious and sauces are great . I like the way they have options on the topping . Good size for two people .

I don’t wanna give them 1 star but I have to. Ali bhai should also see this. I came all the way from North of Oshawa just for Tahini. I’m their regular customer. I called them 4 times and they didn’t pick up. I went their and told them my order- they said we dont have chicken. I said that i called them several times just so I dont have to travel that far. The person behind the counter had a lame excuse that "we are busy, so thats why we didn’t pick it up" … Mr there’s a thing called Customer Service! If you guys don’t want to pick up your phone just throw it out!But anyway, I had a better option and i went there!
It pains me to leave this review because I love the food here but the customer service is just awful. I have ordered from here many times so this is not an isolated incident. No one greets you when you enter, they never apologize for taking up to 30 minutes to finish your order, and worst of all - they consistently get the orders wrong!! I saw in another review that that management said that their customer service is excellent - that is not true. I really enjoy the food but the bad experiences make it difficult to return. I hope the staff receives better training. I'll try again in a few months.
I have been going to this restaurant all week. I love it so much. All the staff are super friendly and the food taste is incredible.Definitely a 5 star restaurant! Totally recommended for friends and family.I will be back for sure :)
Good customer experience.... Loved my favourite chicken wrap authentic . The best of them is their homemade garlic sauce. Yum.

I found glass in my Shawarma, brought it to their attention, he quickly threw it in the garbage and denies that It could possibly come from their establishment. Did zero investigation and took no responsibility. Would never recommend this place
