Every time we order uber through this location they don't pay attention to instructions and don't add sauces to the order when asked . Frustrating when the little things in service matter
Poor customer service at this location. Ran out of their sauce for one of their meals, so we ordered an alternative. We asked for no cheese because my daughter is allergic, and they gave us the wrong order full of cheese! They also were rude. Very disappointing.
If I could give no stars I would. One of the worst taco bells I have ever been to. I come later in the night because they are not busy. There is no excuse for why they can't make a taco.. I've come here 3 times and they have messed up my order each time. I pay extra for certain things and don't even receive it. This time they messed up my friends order, took over 10 minutes to give him his food and got everything wrong. They also messed up two customers orders after him and started to argue with the customers. Terrible service, they really need to focus on what the customer has ordered and not just slap a taco together.

I enjoy there Beef Burritoes. Only problen is when i order the Cinamen Twists there is no cinamen sugar . Just plain twists no cinamenI like there Baha blast althrough be aware of caffine content. Kept me awake til bout 4 am.
I worked at this sad establishment for three years I don’t know why I ever wasted my life breathing air here. This place literally drove me to a psychiatric unit had a mental break wouldn’t recommend working here. I tried to apply for disability after I quit but they denied me working there I was behind on my taxes didn’t get my money until 2022 and I had to find a new job because i was so broke but couldn’t apply for my disability because i was behind in taxes when I tried to contact Taco Bell they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about and what a T4 was. Just go work at Walmart or something they actually get treated like a human being they care about mental illness disability and you get raises each year.
I always get fast service and hot food here, I eat here regularly and drive from Oshawa because the Simcoe N location is so terrible. It's worth driving to this location!! Never a problem here, 5 stars from me !
I've been going here for years and have seen a decline for some time now. Half the time chilling cheese burritos are half full, and fries supreme look sad. As pictured, there is like almost no meat or cheese sauce. (I asked for no tomatoes, so that is why those are missing)This isn't the first time, but I figured I needed to chime in.
