Received order and chicken was sitting in 1/4” of liquid. Fries were literally crushed and mangled sitting in the box and very overdone. Meal was not even edible. Worst meal I have received at my door. Thoroughly disgusted with meal. Review Doesn’t deserve even one star but not able to post zero stars. Very disappointed.
If it was possible to give no stars I would. First off, what is up with every call i place going unanswered? Anyways, food was disgusting, did not get what I asked for as I am very detailed . I ordered chicken noodle soup with mostly brought why did I get no brought at all . No condiments as I asked for to at least seasoned the rice . I am calling to get my order corrected and son one picks up the phone . I’m so irritated I wouldn’t advise anyone to order as customer service is not even available.

We ordered delivery from Swiss Chalet on Taunton in Whitby last night. I am still so disgusted. The order arrived in record time. That was our first clue something was wrong. My husband’s chicken sandwich was horrible. The small amount of chicken that arrived was hard, old and gross. He wouldn’t eat it, I gave a few scraps to our cat, who usually loves the chicken. Our cat wouldn’t eat it! The bun was right out of the fridge, not even warmed.My husband asked our daughter to bring in McDonald’s for him. When our daughter saw my husband’s meal, she asked if that was what was left over. He told her no, that is the meal. It’s really bad when McDonald’s is far superior to Swiss Chalet!My pot pie was not even warm; it was room temperature. We absolutely believe it wasn’t even warmed up. I think it must have just been sitting out on the counter and not refrigerated.We called Swiss Chalet to get our money back. All customer service would offer is $15 off the next order. We’re not sure there is going to be a next order. #swisschalet
Unbelievable ridiculous service! I understand times are crazy but how does a restaurant have the nerve to cancel someone's order after having them wait outside for 45 minutes. My husband was on the phone back and forth trying to find our order.. the service rep told him our driver will be arriving shortly and to be outside. They never showed up... we never got our food. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again.
Never again!2 hour wait and some of the worst take out I’ve eaten. Terrible customer service and no ownership of the terrible ordering process. More investment is needed in the app, customer service and the connection of the order to the processing branch. The food itself was bland and forgettable. Won’t order again.
Lady at the take out register is not very pleasant. A woman brought her child in and was told “we can’t have more than 2 people in here” the woman rightfully responded “I am not leaving my child in the car” cashier huffed and reluctantly served her. Silliness.
Ordered two festive dinners and only received one box of chocolates - the chicken sandwich had a blob of stuffing with 1/2 the usual chicken and squished between to pieces of stall bread - the fries on two of the three meals (the third was a baked potato) were stall and old as they were hard and NO POTATO INSIDE. I tried calling the restaurant three times and no one ever answered!!!! Whitby SC Is terrible, won’t be ordering there again!!!
