We used to live around the corner and dined regularly. On a recent trip back to Ontario we stopped in for a weekday lunch. The food here has always been consistently terrific and the dining room seemed nicely updated. If you want/need a Swiss, highly recommend this location!
This is easily the best Swiss Chalet location I have ever been too. The moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and there is a friendly inviting energy. Our food was great, crispy fries, big portions and the shirley temple was phenomenal. A special shout out to our servers Tricia and Jaelyn, they made us feel like VIPs, the small touches go a long way! Was also awesome to see the manager Jeanine out on the floor clearing tables, bringing food, chatting with customers, what a great example for the rest of the staff. Thank you again we will definitely be back soon :)
Arrived at restaurant at 7:45 only to be told that they closing at 8 and the waitress won't want to hang around, so we would have to be quick. They were very rude and unwelcoming. I spent 10 years in a restaurant and we accepted that until your doors are lock you were there at least an hour from the last seating.
Went to the drive through. Placed my order. They messed it up but because the food is in brown paper bags, I didn't find out till I got home. Typical BBQ Chicken menu, quick service. Check your order before you leave.

At the end of our transaction, we were wished a thank you and enjoy your weekend, very professional, it was nice.When we arrived home, food was just as we ordered and hot.

This is my and my wife's most favorite place to dine, from their caring hospitality to beautiful smiles with greets. Although all of the staff are great a few stand out like Jeanine and Trisha who made sure that I felt like home there and were very kind and friendly simply a pleasure to talk to with great hospitality and service. Now a days it is terribly hard to find such enthusiastic people that try and go the extra mile to make sure your dining experience is Amazing I would especially like to give a big shout out to Jeanine because she found and returned my phone showing mebthatbhonestbpeoplebdo exist. The owners of this wonderful establishment should be proud to have such loving and caring employees working for them. I definitely recommend you try this location.
First time ordering take-out from this location. Took advantage of the CAA 10% discount online. When I arrived at the location, I parked in a Chalet Valet Curbside spot and someone delivered the food to my car within minutes.?? Double leg dinner with fries: 10/10Chicken was juicy and extremely flavorful. I love Swiss Chalets fries, they taste very homey.? Quarter chicken dinner with Caesar salad: 10/10Chicken was also just as good as the double leg dinner. Caesar salad came in a pre-packaged set with bacon bits and a sauce packet. I opted out of the croutons. The sliced parmesan was perfect to tie it all together.? Chicken pot pie: 9/10Delicious, creamy filling with chicken, celery, peas, carrots and potato. The top crust was supee flaky, but wish the crust was a bit bigger as it didnt cover the whole pie. This is perfect if you are looking for comfort food and goes well with louisiana hot sauce.?? 2 Slices of Pie Special: 9/10Our go-to is the coconut cream pie. It is so fluffy and creamy. Also tried the pecan pie which we ate with a scoop of ice cream.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience from this Swiss Chalet location. A classic dinner option when you don't feel like cooking!

Ordered fir curbside pick up showed and sent advising was there had to call asking where food was but no answer called again total of 20 mins waiting food was cold when got home about 7 mins away. The wrap and sandwich we ordered was one big chunk of breast and not rotisserie but the gross fried chicken. Tried calling store but no answer and note there were minimal to no cars there so dining room was quiet!!!!
