Staff don’t listen to your order and put on what they think you said until you correct them. And when you do, they seem annoyed. They flatten the sub buns when they cut them. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to put a decent amount of toppings on, putting the bare minimum. And even if you ask for more, they lightly sprinkle on whatever you’ve asked for more of. I’ve been to this Subway a few times over the last few years, will not be going back to this location. When a sub costs $15 now, and either the company or the franchisee has their employees put in the bare minimum, it’s time to go somewhere else.

Service was friendly and my sub had plentiful toppings! The radio station was a bit nontraditional however I learned some new songs while sitting and eating LOL.

This is one of the worst locations to go to. Ordered online from this location back in May 2022 and they messed up my order. They forgot to put cheese and other items on my subs. I contacted the location after I got home and was offered a full refund or replacement subs. I opted for the full refund and it is now June and have now seen it. I went by the location last night and explained the situation to the workers and they had no idea how to deal with the complaint. They made me wait for them to call their manager and they got no response from the manager. So they expected me to wait for a response!!! Obviously, nobody there has any idea of customer service or how to run a business.They have lost any future business from me.

The guy that took my order didn’t say a single word to me the entire time and just started throwing toppings on there without asking….

I don’t normally write reviews but after today I find the need to, Im a regular subway customer, I normally order subway from thickson and taunton. Normally, the subway customer service is great but not this location. The lady was so rude, I hated the whole experience, Im definitely not planning on ordering food from here again.

Today me and my daughter went to this location. My 9 year old could get the negative vibe of the staff immediately and asked me why the staff is so rude and like a fighter..no clients in the store but it seems that she was in a rush. Still we said please and thank you and left the store. We won't back again to this location. She has to understand her attitude is more important than the quality of food.

Bought 3 subs and paid by debit. Tip percentage comes up on the screen as an option, I had received very good service, so I put in 18 percent only to find out that the staff don't get those tips. Can't believe a company that size doesn't give the employees what is rightfully theirs. Disgusting!!!

boyfriend came here on his lunch break. the woman making his sub didn’t cut the sub bread but RIPPED it with her hands making it very difficult to stuff. instead she of fixing a different loaf of bread she used it and it was very unenjoyable for him. She also would not let him get cheese on the sub unless he got it toasted. what a joke. do better

Worst subway ever. Workers are rude. Horribly service. Cheap on the $0.01 toppings. Close this location down.Did the buns get smaller? Cause it's looking pretty pathetic.

Really Horrible experience ever, for a second I was thinking my self am I really in Canada and is this Customer service?On 8th, Jun 2021 around 7:00pm there was 2 lady staff were working. Me and my friend went to this subway and our few friends were out side in car because of Covid we prefer less people to go in.I had ask to use subway coupon than the 2 ladies staff told only 1 person can use coupon but we both were paying separately we were looking to buy separately but still that staff told us we will serve only 1 person the other person can not use his or her coupon.Ultimately owner of subway is losing business because I also work around that plaza office and sometimes during lunch party we order online pick up from you guys definitely It will stop from now.Subway inspector or headquarters has to definitely note this all rude customer service because Subway coupon didn't mention anything how many people can use at time? Or same family or separate family?I will never ever prefer this store at all
