Good as it gets from subways
I've been there twice now. I don't think they speak English because the server waves at you and can't take instructions on the order. Also when paying for the order, any other server didn't ask if I wanted any drinks or a combo with it. Which I did. They just wanted your payment. I asked a question why the order girl didn't understand me and she walked away into the back of establishment. I was at location 4091 Thickson road in Whitby Ontario L1R 2X3. At the time of 1pm to1:30pm. Also there was no proper bread and only have one type. Which I understand in these times. But to have people that work in your business that can't acknowledge your business is not a good thing at all...
Celine is my hero. The amount of people in the service industry who receive tips just because of where they work is frustrating, and with poor attitudes. Celine is a true professional. My family and I came in for a large order 9pm at night, there was already a long line and 2 uber orders in the queue. I thank her for her help, kindness and efficiency. I will continue to come back to this subway location just because of Celine. I can only hope that ownership is equally appreciative.
Went here today around 1:30 pm. One male and one female employee were working. While waiting for my turn, the female employee (with glasses) emptied a garbage out and went to touch knife and restocked the food containers using the same gloves. She then took payment from a customer and handled cash using the same gloves and then went back to the back kitchen using the same gloves. I told the male employee that I watched the whole thing and told him that I could have recorded on my phone. Told him that it is disgusting and I will not be buying and be coming back from ever again to this location. Told him that she basically contaminated all the foods in the containers with her dirty gloves. Disgusting. This is only one instance that I watched. Can you imagine what they do in the back with the food?? Ugh!
probably should take down the sign that says your open till 11pm. Since your staff is closing the store early

Horrible customer service
Terrible Customer ServiceToday I ordered some sandwich in the store. Had a gift card, but the scan just could not go through. It seems the lady does not know how to operate the scan, just kept trying to no avail. I asked if she just manually type in the codes but no response from her. Then strangely she asked fot my cell number. I was puzzled but gave her the number anyway. Then she said it is done. I asked what is done and she replied the points are done. What a heck. I don't care less about the points. Just make the scan wotking! In the middle of it she even reached to my phone by her hand which is supposed for the food only, especially during this pandemic. Finally I had to gave up and paid by credit card, as I don't want to have others in line to wait too long. Terrible experience!
I always stop buying some food in here. I love the rapid customer service and well prepared food. Great work.
