Kind of annoyed with this place. The only reason I went there was because I had a coupon 8.99 for any foot long. I presented her with the coupon, and it seems she was having a hard time entering it, I don't know. Long story short, I see that my visa was charged 12.31. So you're saying an 8.99 sub has almost $4 in TAX? i think not. My fault for not checking before I tapped, but im still annoyed. The sub was tasty at the VERY least

I visit this store often for my breakfast/lunch. I must say, I cannot go to any other SUBWAY in Whitby who can do a better job than this store. I should give credit to GHADA, she is fast, professional, friendly, and always makes a delicious SUB. The sub that she makes is always perfect, as shown in the picture.

Store is nice and clean.. friendly staff.. u don't have to wait long as they shift roles dynamically.. keep it up!

The lady in blond hair doesn’t even know how to make subway sandwich, she just kept on dumping the stuff we asked and it was a pretty messy sandwich. There was no one in the line still she was rushing. Also from hygiene perspective it’s worst place.There are better subway store. This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Never coming back to this location ever.

A bit tight in this location. Yet they make a great sub. Toppings were plenty and fresh. Because I bought so many subs they gave me 2 free cookies!! Nice!

Good Customer service by Arham and Sasa at subway store. And Make my Veggie sandwich very delicious. Store is always nice and cleanOne of my favorite place now. For sure we will visit it again with friends and family.

Avoid!! Firstly, this location of Subway chooses not to participate in many of the valid Canadian promotions on the Subway website and app, so forget saving some money. And here's my personal experience, ordered a sub from this location using the website in the middle of the day and received a confirmation email that the order was confirmed. So I drive there and then find an email that my order had been cancelled - no reason given. I ask in the store and they deny cancelling it or even getting an order. Either way my time and gas is wasted!! Never again....

One of the worst restaurant I have ever seen. The staff discriminate customers/delivery drivers based on their race and ethnicity. I have evident almost 3 times. I don't really know if I could do something but it isn't really good. Subway should do it.

So rude, unprofessional, don’t know to behave and talk. I was there on 5th December around 8:00PM. Two guys were working and one uber guy came and they were soo rude to him. I felt bad for that guy. They asked him to go get the food bag for uber order. He replied to him that uber doesn’t provide with bags and you didn’t mention on you business id but he brought his skip bag from car and they still treated him soo badlyyyyyy. One of brown guy was rude to me as well. Come on man!!! I am paying for my food, not getting it for free.I don’t think is there any need to be rude.

I visited this place today and they are so rude to customers. One white guy and one brown guy was working there both don't know how to deal with customers and seems to do racism with me. This is way unprofessional and horrible. Train your employees properly please.
