Never go to this subway, ever. Worst experience. Missed many ingredients that belonged on the sandwich. Did not follow any simple instructions. When I opened the sandwich, every single ingredient was out of the sandwich. Looked like a dog chewed on it. Reached out to the store manager - showed no empathy at all and did not even bother to try and correct the situation. Instead, just told me to wait for a call from head office. When I asked for an ETA, she mentioned “when ever they are free and get a chance”. This is why your ratings are so low.

Missing all meat ingredients on my kids sub, missing the drink that comes with it & the snack, when I called to tell them, the lady told me she did put meat on, and as I stared at the sub wide open, there was NO meat, she was extremely rude on the phone.

Watch your tap at paying! My total was $22.95When I looked at my paying tap total I was completing an order of $29.95. That’s $7.00 dollars more! the cashier who was very rude took my receipt in her hand and Explained to me that I musta press. % of a tip when tapping my card. I wasn’t going to leave before seeing a manager as the cashier was going to back telling me I’ve payed a Tip. Not giving me my receipt and it was still in her hand!!! The person in charge of the shift supervisor come out, and I didn’t want to pay for a Tip cuz the young female worker didn’t do ANYTHING to deserve my tip. Since I wouldn’t get my TIP money back!!!! I asked for cookies and got 2 cookies for the price of $7.00 dollars. Watch your MONEY!!! this SUBWAY store will ROB you in front of your EYES!!! Now I really wanted to get a refund for my whole purchase but I’m not that Kind Of person to do that. I also enjoy giving Tip to well deserve service ONLY!! I didn’t appreciate not having my receipt in HAND! What’s the secret behind it?

Placed an order on the app for pick up and when I went to the restaurant it was closed. They charged my credit card. I called the next day and was told I could only get a refund if I come there in person during the middle of a work week. They wouldn't refund me through my credit card but gave cash the next day. I had to waste time, gas and money and they told me it wasn't there fault. Also, they served others ahead of me even though I was there ahead my those customers, and there response was its busy. There were only 3 customers in the place at the time including me. I had to argue to get cookies for all my troubles.I'll never to go this Subway again. I ended up with no food, time and gas wasted, but did argue for my 2 cookies.

Customer service is very good. Clean and white fast service.
