Unfortunately our server was too preoccupied talking to other staff. Our apps took 45 mins to come out. At that point we couldn't order dinner as it was 20 mins before closing and last call. It was quiet inside, just two tables to serve so I am unsure of why it took so long.
I got the Tuna Poke Bowl for lunch—paid over $18 and it was the WORST poke bowl ever. Lacked flavour, barely any fish, barely any vegetables—I had to add my own homemade sauce and canned tuna to make it more flavourful and filling. DO NOT GET THIS unless you want to waste money ??♀️
The patio is lovely some sun and shade, lots of plants. I think they were understaffed as it took a while to get cutlery after our food arrived and a second drink order. But otherwise it was a nice night out.
The food came out cold, both steak and vegetables. The Brussel sprouts were a bit more than charred.
Poor customer service. 13mins to get water. Server had a crop top on. Host didn't even smile or say hi. No one had proper footwear. Some servers didn't even put their hair back. Food was mediocre at best. Veggies were cold. Steak was over cooked. No one checked on our food. Table was dirty. Frozen summer drink was cheap rose wine with ice. Will never go back.
Ordered drinks and tonic was flat told waitress waited15 mins and still no drink but others were coming out. Complained still took another 5 minutes. Husband tried to order a beer and you were out of the particular brand. Food :ordered teriyaki bowl absolutely the worst ever and not even warm Ordered breaded chicken sandwich it was obvious that by the dark brown color it was cooked in old oil. Tasteless and dry . We both left our food. I donât know why people eat there. You all need to improve from hostess to cooks. I will not be recommending this restaurant at all. I wonder who wrote all those reviews????? Good luck youâll be needing it. Worst date night ever!
We have food intolerances in our family. State & Main offered the ability to see the menu restrictions online and were very accommodating with food that could be eaten by those lactose and gluten intolerant. They didn't feel left out wishing they could have something else which is a huge thing for a teen.

My mother and I came here today for dinner and I have to say I was really happy with the service today. Our server, Jenna was absolutely fantastic. She always checked on us to make sure we were doing well, she asked us if we had any food allergies which I loved because my mother has a severe pineapple allergy and it made us feel good that she cares about our health. On top of that she has a lot of personality which is honestly something that I love to see in a server, being around a positive person with an awesome personality always makes my day and Jenna certainly has that.Because of Jenna we will definitely be attending here more, keep up the good work guys ?.
