My family and I had an amazing experience at Smash Kitchen and Bar. No wait to be seated and Evan our server was wonderful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! My Smash burger was huge (much larger than i expected) ? My sweet potato fries were slightly over cooked but the flavor was really good. Hope to dine here again again when I come back to Canada to visit my daughter and son-in-law!?
Honestly everything I ordered was fantastic. The portion sizes for take out were huge I had left overs for two days.. Will def order from here again. Ive posted it on my local group in hopes others will follow suit..
My family and I dined in for brunch today. I had the eggs florentine, which came with smoked salmon and capers. My wife had the garden omelette with the smashed browns. The coffee was served hot. Overall, the service was fantastic, and our waitress remembered us from a previous visit. We will definitely be coming back.
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming. Amazing cocktails, food and service. The donuts, to die for!!!! Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
What an absolutely amazing spot! We had a little party and the food was great, ambience also very comfortable and the service 100% they kept coming to refil the waters, asking if everything was great, they did a really good job with everything. We will be back for out next celebrations. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We wish we could give more stars. Thank you Whitby team.
I have been to the Markham location and prefer the ambience and service over this Whitby location. Service started off strong but got slower as the night progressed, the bar ran out of Malibu rum so we had to get a regular Margarita (not the coconut pineapple one) which was not very good at all..too strong. They also served my friend pasta without a spoon and no server came by for us to ask for one in time. The food tasted good (yummy fried chicken sandwich and a hearty butternut squash soup); I think the waitress intended to be attentive but was perhaps overwhelmed. They should also instruct busboy to refill water one at a time rather than leaning over seated guests and trying to fill more than one glass at once: that felt uncomfortable after months of social distancing. On the up side- the restrooms were clean and there was plenty of free parking.
Rachel is always so warm and friendly. She also takes great care of us and makes sure our orders are just right.At brunch our son have her two thumbs up!See you soon
Great Service, excellent food. Our server was very kind and kept checking in. Burrito bowl was excellent! My egg was too much overdone but still great! Nice atmosphere!
My wife enjoyed the Home fried buttermilk chicken and waffles. Chicken was good. The mushroom mac&cheese was also good. The service is very good. I’ve only been there once but it could a good go to place , and will come back to try their lunch and dinner menu.
Great food and service. Tried the coconut margarita, smash burger with fries and the mac n cheese. Everything was very fresh and tasty.
