For Pizza Pizza this location has really good pizza and bang for it's buck. Bonus because they have halal options as well. The building however is a little run down and could use some maintenance.
Very great service, pizza tasted amazing. Breaded wings were perfectly cooked. Place was kept clean. Definitely recommended you come here.
Not a good service at all. We asked for plant based crumble they put pepperoni in our pizza and we waited for half an hour. The second pizza they made was again burnt and not good service.
Good value, although it seems that the crust of the pizzas are getting thinner than usual. We can probably assume is due to the cost of everything going up!
We bought one extra large halal chicken and one extra large cheese ..very average pizza...
My boys are picky eaters, yes even for cheese pizza. It has to be thin crust not too much sauce baked to perfection otherwise they don’t eat it.We use this pizza pizza place once a week and every time we have been happy with the food and service. During one of the storms we even use delivery and it was on time and pleasant.We tried other pizza pizzas here in Whitby but they don’t seem to satisfy my boys. Also other food has been to our taste.We would recommend it for everyone looking for a good Pizza Pizza.
Worst pizza pizza franchise ever, will not visit here ever again. Extremely poor customer service, employees full of rudeness and exceedingly displeased with the behaviour of the employee.Paid for the dips in advance and store had no dips of my interest so requested refund and employee denied the refund request immediately.Incident happened on Feb 26th 2022 10pm. Wouldn’t recommend or suggest this pizza pizza location to anyone.

Pizza was good but we found a long black hair inside the box with our chicken wings. Do they not wear hairnets over there when preparing food? We lost our appetites and threw everything in the garbage.Update. Pizza Pizza head office gave us a credit which we were thankful for but we will be using it at a different location. Hopefully one where they wear hair nets.
This brunch always provide service on time with correct orders. A week before I bought a slice and fallen down out side in front of this brunch. They saw me and give another one for free. they are such great people.
