Fantastic Pizza here! The ingredients and the crust all make for a superb offering. My orders are always fresh, and ready on time. Customer service at this location is tops.
Very expensive for the quality you can buy a Papa John's large with more toppings cheaper.
Good ingredients makes good pizza. Between all the pizza chains in Brooklin, this place easily has the best pizza.

This is my neighbourhood pizza shop so I have little choice but to go there. The pizza tastes great. I suspect this place suffers from lack of a manager presence. I bet I could buy this franchise location and sell close to ten times more pizza than to they currently do. It's been a problem at this location for as long as I can remember. The problem? They don't seem to want to make and sell pizza. You can't walk into that place EVER and expect to find pepperoni slices ready to go. I am sure I exagerrate but it feels like that. I am sitting here at home making a can of soup because at 6 pm it doesn't occur to them to have slices ready. My wife went in and got ignored until the next customer came in. I have gone there many times within a couple hours of closing time. No pep slices. Wth. If you made up 2 pizzas and only sold half a pizza you could still make money and satisfy your customers. Get a manager that cares. Have him present to encourage the cooks to, oh I don't know, cook maybe. I am so sick and tired of being disappointed here. The sub shop next door usually gets my business because they have nothing ready.
If I could rate this specific location a 0 I would. I LOVE pizza Nova but this specific location is absolutely horrendous!!! The guy who made my pizza made it so bad that the cheese was literally sitting on one side and the slices were so unevenly cut. The crust on one half wasn’t even there. When I took the pizza back he had the audacity to confront me in a very unpleasant way . He took the pizza and slammed it so hard into the trash and told me nothing was wrong with it. He pointed to one side and said “look there is some crust”. I pointed out if he took a slice, the cheese would literally stay in the box. The pizza was cooked in under ten minutes I might add and it was very undercooked. He took the box out of the trash and the cheese was separated From pizza as a whole like A cold block of cheese. He was very rude and very arrogant. He claimed to be the owner which was horrifying Cus I wouldn’t understand how any owner of any business would to choose to act like this with a customer. I was very uncomfortable and very anxious at that point so I asked for a refund. On top of it all my whole regret is that I didn’t take a picture of the pizza. Never would I ever go to this location.
This is the worse Pizza Nova possible worse Pizza restaurant anywhereThey can’t even take an order properly.I have sat here for 20 mins for a sandwich watching customers over and over again frustrated with communication issues,

We called to order our pizza as we are vegan and wanted to make sure the order was entered correctly . Ordered a pizza with No cheese on half and vegan cheese on the other half. Went to pick it up …. Box was sealed which is great …so my husband verbally confirmed the order . Got home to find mozzarella on the half wth No cheese . I understand accidents happen so I called customer service …. I was disconnected. Called back and was put on hold for a really long time time . I finally just hung up so I could cook some dinner for myself .
