Like the store and the pizza here. Crispy cheese and with full of taste busting in your mouth server hot pizzas and drinks. Really liked cheese pizza here. I am sure other varieties would be great. Staff here was also great and welcoming. Recommended for pizza lovers for sure.
All of the pizzas are perfect except the Donair pizza, I ordered donair pizza last Friday with double donair meat. (Barely came with meat)manager says call back next week we will give you triple donair meat! I agreed.2 days ago the following Friday, I called to get my triple topping donair pizza again whhich had barely any toppings on it once again, I’m writing because now I am not willing to go back to this location for donair pizza anymore. With that being said I will resume for their common works/meat lover pizzas.
Extremely unprofessional. This place closes at 2 am and I made a phone order at 1:40 am. The lady on the phone said to come in 10 minutes which made me wonder how they could make a pizza in 10 minutes. I drove to this location since they don't have delivery at this time and the lady said she did not make the pizza and would not open the door..I would NOT RECOMMEND this location. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. They wasted my time by pretending to make an order just for me to drive 20 mins and find out they didn't make the pizza.
Ordered pizza for my kids and I'm sure it tastes fine but not one worker was wearing gloves even the guy handling the dough is bare hands. If I hadn't paid already I would of walked out. Not coming back to this location.
We order from this location very often. The staff is very friendly.I ordered 3 pizzas today and requested to replace 2 garlic sauces with a spicy garlic & cheese sauce. The front desk guy gave them to me without replacing the other sauces or charging me.
They have a coupon that you can use to apply on ANY PIZZA it claims. By far the worse pizza place in town... ordered a couple times and in both times the pizza and chicken wings were not cooked and was dirty as well.. for whatever reason when I called they seemed not care about it. Do not recommend this to anyone!!
I’ve been going to this location for almost 2 years now. I usually order delivery directly from their app ahead of time. The food has been good more times than it hasn’t. Still my go to place if I want quick, simple pizza that doesn’t disappoint (most of the time).. Just don’t expect “gourmet pizza” but I definitely prefer Papa John’s over other places (pizza pizza, pizza nova, domino’s, etc)

This is by far the worst pizza place in Whitby. Zero Customer Service and they run this place like a mom and pop shop, they have no standards. The mangers have absolutely no customers service skills and should NOT be in their roles. They do not know how to communicate with their customers.I have been ordering from this establishment, since they opened at this location. I called to order pizzas and had asked to get Large pizzas in my usual orders. Although he addressed me by name when I gave him my number, he said there were no previous orders. I gave him my order! When my pizzas arrived they were incorrect and they were missing toppings.A few days later I called and spoke with a young lady, I voiced my complaint. She advised that she saw all my previous orders and that yes, I was a long standing customer. She offered a full credit of my order due to the error. She said she would place the credit on my file for future orders ( the conversation was recorded).When I was ready to order, I called and there was no credit on my account. I spoke with the "manger" Alex, he advised there was no credit and I had only ordered once ( all though the previous employee was able to see ALL my previous orderes. His call was also recorded). He was extremely rude, he was cynical, condescending and scarsastic. He stated "I obviously wanted pizzas for free"! I have never experienced such disgusting behavior from a so called manager at an establishment. Some of these people should not be operating any business. They lack basic people and communication skills. They have no clue how to operate a business in the North American system. Alex was so inappropriate and lacked basic decency, he laughed when I advised I would be contacting Head Office. Clearly he has no regard for the Brand he represents!Needless to say, that night I took my business and my customer loyalty to Domino's who has always valued me as a customer and my hard earned dollar.What a disgrace!
