This has got to be the worse Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. The garlic sauce taste like salad dressing and sugar. There is nothing garlic about the sauce it is exactly from a salad dressing bottle.It’s disgusting I’ll never buy from there again. If you want a good Shawarma place check out Shawarma 401 in Oshawa at Taunton and Wilson Rd., North and he will never go back to that Osmows again!!! Disgusting
I just had someone who walked in about 5 minutes after me, be served before me. I ordered a single item, the chicken shawarma poutine, and so did the aforementioned person. When I calmly asked the staff, the self-proclaimed more experienced one laughed and said his colleagues are new. No apology, and I still had to wait for my order a while longer. It’s easy to view it as racist because I am a POC the other person wasn’t.
Friendly staff, great food and large portions
I use to really like coming here but it went down hill. They are inconsistent with the sauce, on some parts of your wrap the hot sauce would be at the bottom not all inside it. This is the second time my wrap is ripped on the side and falling apart. The sauce isn’t even on the chicken, it’s not properly mixed in and the chicken was very dry. I’m very disappointed the last few times I’ve come here. The people and service is great but the food quality is awful now & sloppy.

**updated**This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and both of the time have been absolutely terrible. I’ve had ordered from other locations and never had issues but this location consistently messes up. This time they completely ruined my family’s dinner. This was what was given with the falafel oh the rocks barely any sauce or rice… secondly another part of the order was ordered “a little” spice level but they ended up making it “extreme” the entire top of the dish was red from the hot sauce. On top of all the food being messed up we ordered online and when we got it the food was cold. I will never be returning to this location and advise you to avoid this location at all costs.****The email provided in the response from the store does not exist. When an email is sent to the copied and pasted address it bounces back saying that it doesn’t exist. Obviously them taking “customer satisfaction very seriously” is a joke or they wouldn’t provide a non existent email. This is another reason to avoid this establishment****
Ordered here for the first time tonight using Skip the Dishes. Part of my order was missing, the two wraps I ordered were miss-labeled which is detrimental to someone who cannot eat red meat, and the falafels were so stale and dry we can't even eat them. Not to mention everything was cold, but that could be the courier and not the restaurant. My missing items were refunded, but the whole experience is such a disappointment and a complete waste of money. Regretfully I have zero desire to even give this place another shot.
Customers service sucks here! I have a specific order that I like to be made and they never listen to my request. They are very rude and disrespectful here. I have never had any problems at the different locations. I would give zero star if it was an option. Highly recommend visiting the Ajax location, much nicer there.
I love the chicken on the rocks. However, they never put enough garlic sauce on so I always pay for extra. The last two times however, they have not given me what I ask for. Being cheap on sauce will just lose you business.
This is my go to location. Great service and staff. Everyone is super friendly. I always get large Chicken in the Rocks. You can also collect points which gets you discounts after every few purchases.
