The owners and staff are lovely and friendly and greet you right away when you arrive. Their subs and toppings are always fresh and delicious and the service is quick. The location is clean and has lots of plaza parking and a convenient location when running errands.

I am Sarah Wallace. I purchased a Louisana Chicken Sub. It was horrible. They put no toppings on it, but she kept muttering "chips pop cookie" over and over and over again. I observed the owner lurking in the backroom and he seemed to be angered that I asked for toppings. I don't like this store as they are rude.
I find the entire atmosphere about this place to be indicative of a sub store that is cheap and won't provide their customers toppings. It is unacceptable. I don't like either of the owners. He has mesmerized his wife into the concept of providing less toppings to hungry customers willing to pay a premium for subs. I would rather take my business to either Subway or any other Mr. Sub in the world rather than venture into this establishment. There is a strong odor about the location as well. I recognize it sulpheric acid. I know that smell anywhere.
Cheese, lettuce, tomato?Pop, chips, or cooookie?So dumb...They are stingy with the toppings, if you ask for more toppings they give you the look of annoyance. If you say lots of pickles and lots of hot peppers they ignore you and just put on 2 of each. The amount of toppings they are willing to put on is pathetic. I wonder what they do with all the left over toppings then. They refuse to make your sub the way you want it. The way they put on the toppings is lousy. I wonder what their problem is with making your sub the way you would like it. I want to taste the toppings. I always leave with a disappointed feeling.
They are SO crazy about toppings here. Got a 12 inch veggie, asked for extra pickles... they gave me FOUR pickles in total, two on each side, that's less than the normal amount. They seemed angry that I wanted extra pickles and they weren't impressed that I used a coupon either. Owners are extreamly cheap!
