I love going to Mr Sub but this location uses a difference bread then other locatons and its terrible....I think it might have been under proofed...Update: I dont have Facebook but I used the contact us form on the website and no one got back to me.
This could be the world's best functioning Mr Sub franchise. I stopped in there during my lunch break and right away you could see the difference from other locations. The entire store shinned like it was brand new. The ladies behind the counter were handling the lunch rush like a pair of professionals. Their service and efficiency were above and beyond what you would expect. I never felt rushed but my order was prepared and I was able to pay quickly. A stand out location for sure.
If the store opens at 9 it would be nice if it was actually ready to go. Walked in at 10 after and the open sign still wasn't on, barely anything was prepped, had to wait another 5 minutes for the single employee present to be able to even begin to make an order, and when I asked for it to be toasted they told me it would be another half hour before the grill was even ready. If you're not going to be ready to provide your full, advertised service until 10, then don't open until 10 and save the rest of us the frustration of planning around an unreliable business.Won't be returning.

Price is good sub is good. Took owner years to get with the times and start wearing gloves while preparing food. Now obsessed with the spread of COVID but will not were a mask, uses a shield the least effective method to prevent the spread of covid, but it feels good. Refuses to get the COVID vaccine as well! Self centred, stubborn, slow learner. But god forbid if you lean over the glass.

The worst sub I've ever had. Got a steak and cheese that cost me over $10 and it couldn't have been more disappointing. The lack of meat is ridiculous, especially when you don't normally add many toppings to this type of sub. What's even worse is the fact they heat it up in a microwave.. mmm saugy food! Back to subway I guess.
Like all business its has had bad times however how every they were always there ready to serve you what ever you wanted they have a very great staff ,store is well organized and very clean I recomend this place and I think tonight I may go and order some take out for me and my wife
