This was our first time going the girl explained everything very well and the choices were awesome.
Cute patio, good stock and options. Always nice staff! I will say the girl working tonight maybe takes her job a little too seriously, constantly on people about small rules (no snacking, wearing gloves, etc.). I know they're the rules and she's just doing her job but she could maybe lighten up a bit!
The owners and workers of this menchies clearly have a passion and love for what they do. Everytime I come here it’s nothing but good and positive things to say & it’s one of the best frozen yogurt spots around. I consistently enjoy the environment, quality & variety of choices everytime I come in! A big thank you & thanks for consistently providing great service!
I rarely post a negative review but felt compelled. First, it seems everything on their website is wrong or outdated. Not all the flavours they boast and no family packs don't exist (despite half price Wednesday's shown on their website. Are any of the advertised daily specials extinct? Second, when I ask about the iced cappuccino flavour or family pack, the staff behaved like I must be stupid - no regrets or "sorry" but the ubiquitous smile that is supposed to compensate for misinformation and misleading ads! Third, the price for a large cup, I have to serve myself is outrageous comparable to weight of precious metal or premium gas. I was very disappointed. I hadn't gone in a while and I won't go back. Other ice treat options are nearby.
Nice and clean. The staff are nice and have a sense of humor for my crazy kids.

They all seem to be closing down. Wanted gift cards but didn't get them as only a few locations remain. Whitby closed ?
