The burgers tasted good. But I got medium fries and they were cold, and old, very soggy, if they are charging you $3.69 they should be fresh, not the disappointing fries that I got. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed with the quality, if they only believe in quality over quantity then they good would of been better, this is the 3rd time I ate from mc Donald's and all the times were an awful experience. WASTE OF MY MONEY.
Best McDonald's I've been too! I lived in Scarborough and Toronto and nothing was ever fresh. Everytime we go here the food is always fresh and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Great job!
Order 2 Mc doubles with extra pickles and one basic Mc Double, while passing through, wasn't till we got on the highway that we realized they didn't give us the one Mc Double.... By that time there was no point in wasting time a fuel turning around. So one of us went without until we were able to stop at another place on the way.
Just ordered 2 coffees and 2 waters at the drive through! The tray that housed the coffees and waters was either used, out of the garbage.....! Disgusting! Especially in these pandemic times! I have taken pics! I phoned in and explained that I would be returning this afternoon with the tray! I expect an explanation!
started going here just recently because of my multiple bad experiences at the McD's on Taunton and Garden. Wow, what a difference. Fast fresh and perfectly packed food with zero missing items from my takeout drive thru order. The fries were filled to the brim. Hot salty and fresh off the frier. Not the limp soggy mess from the other McD's. Will only go here now despite the 10-15 min drive.
Miss egg for my breakfast sandwich…I came to drive thru, and went on highway already. There is no way to return for an egg….So sad about my weekend breakfast.
This McDonald's is the worst one in whitby!! They never get your order right it's never fresh and when you address them about it they just make up excuses for their workers which are all kids. I am all for kids working but teach them right!Sounds pretty bad when your being told the food is not properly done because its kids working. Then sorry don't hire kids if you cant train them properly . We work for are money too!!
Manager Connor is the worse to ever come in contact with. Very rude. And you will get it when you see who he is. Very young and arrogant. I tried to explain that I was waiting for my order for 15 mins doing Uber and he kept cutting me off not letting me explain to that I had already texted their phones in order to retrieve my order but there was no one coming to the door along with other Uber drivers who waited longer than me. He’s very rude, impatient and incompetent for this subtle and not so difficult line of work. If you can’t handle the heat stay out of the kitchen Connor!!! I refuse to do Uber for this McDonald. Oshawa is way better sad to say. Also, don’t bother calling them they will simply hang up on you or take the line off and leave you hanging. The unprofessionalism there is beyond me. I can only imagine the food they serve. Flabbergasted beyond repair!!!! No wonder why my food tasted like cardboard. They don’t care so long as they get their pay check. Probably dropped a bacon and still served it smh disgusted. If the manager acted that way imagine the staff. Just saying. Don’t say I didn’t tell you
Almost got pulled for just an iced coffee. I was using my rewards points. This is not the first time this has happened but it will definetly be the last. This mcdonalds is possibly the worst mcdonalds that has ever opened. Even worse than the Dean one in oshawa, (that one is pretty bad). Management needs a complete reshift and the employees are untrained children. Drive thru times > customer satisfaction.
Drive through, March 2, 2022 around 7:15pm. Ordered a double quarter with cheese combo, with Coke upsized to a large plus a McChicken, about $21. Received regular Coke, and a Big Mac combo, about $11. I will absorb the loss in food and money this time. BUT PLEASE - everyone from the order takers to the final servers need to pay attention much more closely. If I made these kind of errors at my job, well, I'd be out of a job. Thank you.
