Very well run McDonald’s, friendly staff who know what they are doing. Food was hot, fresh, and came out fast.
Is there a better drive thru for speedy access??? I say no. Go North on Thickson, veer to the right at Talize and boom, you're ordering coffee from your moving vehicle. This is efficiency in motion folks, and nothing goes better with a fresh cup of java.
Good McDonalds. Food is as unhealthy as any other McDonalds but always tasty.
I've gone to this location hundreds of time in my lifetime and I will never go back. Yesterday I had some chicken that wasn't fully cooked in some areas and the manager didn't apologize.The meal wasn't free and one of the staff was arguing with me about it being cooked or not with attitude.
Wow called this place and they literally hang up on you. Safe to say I will go to a next one. Spoke to a nice lady outside and said the manager was rude but I gave her the benefit of a doubt but she is right. We're literally here giving our reviews at the same time. They kept hanging up on me too cause I tried calling as well.I also waited for my order after texting them as required yet to no reply. I apologize to the customers as we go through these trying times.
Absolutely the slowest service I have ever had at any McDonalds. Walked in with only 3 ppl ahead of me and it took almost 23 minutes!!! They seem to only look after drive thru. No condiments out, given no napkins, had to walk back to the counter 3x. Shame. They have reduced their tils to only 2. Like really? On top of that, you invest in new menus that don't even show u the cost of individual items!!! You have to ask what the price is for fries??? No pricing on hamburgers?? Wow. Not rushing back. Mc Donald's is not the same anymore and $3.50 for fries and $2.79 for a burger. No value.
Long line up at drive thru on March 21 at 130pm. Drove up to pay at window to observe lady employee texting on her cell phone that was placed in a somewhat concealed manner. Waited until she completed her task before I could pay. Guess it's the new generation of entitlement. Not cool.
Clean place, nice staff. But needs to hear the customers order to get it correct, due our was give to us incomplete and took almost 30 minutes to get it
Good service and pretty quick drive through. Just make sure you ask fire ketchup!
The drive thru (double) line was fairly long but was handled quickly. Our order has hot and correct. The person handing me our order was friendly. All good !
