Definitely regret giving this location another chance. Stopped ordering from here for over a year because of the service, decided to give it another chance and service still sucks. First order was fine, 2nd order was late and obviously cold, 3rd order showed up over an hour after ordering and after I had canceled it. The receipt says call the store to find out more accurate time, yet when I call all I got was attitude and being told my food has been sent and it'll be here when it gets here. The woman was rude with an attitude, not listening and having to repeat myself. There are too many places around to deal with bad service.The customer service line woman was nice when I canceled.

This was the best KFC I've had in over 20 years I'm from mississauga was there to visit family stopped in for a quick bite and wow all white meat no crease it was amazing thank you I don't think I can go to any other location after that it was the best. 100% recommend

Delicious food, fair wait time. Only issue was that they forgot our gravy but I'm sure that was just a minor mistake

I've been to this location a few times and have been satisfied with the food/service. But last time I went the batter on the chicken wasn't cooked properly and I could taste the flour. I'm assuming new management took over so I won't be going back to this location.

Terrible. Ordered a chicken sandwich.Dry. Over cooked.Spoke to employee behind counter.He in formed me it wasn't.Did even look at it.$13 into the garbage.My advise save your money.

My daughter just took the coupon for the $26 12 piece bucket with fries and gravy and we were to have gotten 2 medium gravies however we ended up with smalls...unacceptable...they tell us "we are having container issue"....not my problem, give me 4 smalls in place of the 2 mediums, the math is quite simple.This location is shady as hell and I would avoid it if possible.

The lady working there is done with life. She rude for no reason. Drink some water and be calm when u talk to customers.

Ordered here through their website for pickup 3 times and of those three times I had to wait 20min for my food. What is the point of ordering ahead when by the time I get there they run out of chicken and still have to cook a new batch. Isn’t the whole point of ordering online is my order is prepared before I get here. Literally they don’t look at the order that prints off their machine until I get there and are baffled that they don’t have enough chicken. When I placed my order it told me to wait 25 min for the pickup estimate and I show up 25 min later to find out I have to wait another 25. They had 25 min to prepare my order.

Went in got order quickly, a little too quickly.Fries were put in oil before up to temp so they were totally saturated in oil and therefore didn’t cook properly and were raw still. Gravy had separated beyond any amount of stirring must have been days old. And anything that went in deep fryer was undercooked. Will not return

Ordered and paid online.Showed up 10 minutes after the “ready” time. The staff claimed they didn’t receive the order. They made my order based on my confirmation email anyway. After waiting 20 minutes (30 minutes after the ready time), I received my order. I was told it wasn’t their fault (?). There is no point to order online to expedite the order process. One reason for me to order online was due to slow service I have had at this location before (workers not slow, it is always busy). I think I will just not order from KFC when I am in Whitby.
