Went here for dinner and everything was amazing. Food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, we left looking forward to coming back. Durham has lots of nice restaurants and this is definitely one of the top ones to check out if you haven't already.
This place is the BEST place I have eaten at in years. Very friendly staff. Amazing menu and drinks. Nice patio seating.Our server was extremely helpful and very good at her job.The food and sauces are made fresh in house everyday.We will be going back here for sure.This is now our new favorite Date night spot.Well worth the drive for sure.Check this place out!! This was an absolute perfect evening! The duck and rabbit were delicious, so tender and had bold savoury flavour. I couldn’t believe how tender the rabbit was!The staff here work so hard to keep everyone happy and served quickly. Our waitress did a phenomenal job through the busy hours.The best part, was the dessert! Absolute best dessert I’ve have in my whole life, I couldn’t have been happier ?Thank you KB, after a long work week, the wait was worth it

What has happened to this restaurant? Ordered calamari…so chewy couldn’t eat it and had to send it back. Our first bottle of wine was off. Ordered the duck. Big disappointment…the fat was not rendered and the skin was not crispy. Very underwhelmed with the duck.
We chose KB to host a lunch for our son's first communion. The communication with booking, picking the menu, and going over details was incredibly easy - Jamie from KB was amazing to deal with. The room was spacious and the atmosphere was great. The quality of food couldn't have been better. Our guests were raving about the meal and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend KB for anyone.
Great food and amazing service! Loved that the menu isn't your standard fare. The steak tartare and the lamb shank are unreal. Also had the special of the weekend, duck lasagna. If you're looking for something beyond your standard pub food that is very reasonably priced, this is the place for you.
Went there for dinner tonight. With our son & his partner Vanessa. It was all our first time there. Our waitress was great. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. All & all very good. Brenda Friend
