Excellent location! Always with a smile, the service is great in my experience as I go here every so often. The hamburgers are the absolute best from all the fast food chains and so are their other offerings. Everything is cooked very well and I am pressed to eat hamburgers at any other restaurant.
I order once dont like how the cook was cooking the burger and cleaning it was only 9: 30 they close at 11 pm on Friday i when once Tuesday they close 10pm and 915pm they turn off there griddle started cleaning it dont take that long to stay bit longer after u close to clean. Plus way over price
HALALI ordered heavy hitter combo, italian chicken deluxe combo with onion rings and chicken strips….they are next door to mary browns and should learn a few things from them about how to fry the chicken, these chicken strips were just sad….heavy hitter was supposed to have two beef patties, it was alright….italian chicken delux had only some cheese and a little mayo, and tasted very dry, will never try it again. Each combo costed 16 dollars, i have had waaaaaaaaybetter experience in the same or less price (eg. Gladiator burger, mary browns)Tables were not clean, a table next to us had a cup sitting on it when we entered in, it stayed there while we dined and left, nobody in the staff bothered to clear that table, so i made sure to leave my table in more acceptable condition.
Worst burger I've ever had.5 of us ordered combos. Not a single item labeled.The meat patty was the quality of a frozen grocery store burger. It was over cooked and dry. Chewy and tasteless.The toppings like the tomatoes were too old. I would not have served that to anyone. Bland sauce.The fries were greasy and stuck together in a lump of cheap. Again, better quality from the grocery store.I'd sooner order a burger from a gas station than buy from here again.
I got a burger from here and the burger was either a frozen burger or there was somthing wrong with the meat. It tasted identical to a frozen compliments burger and I was shocked when it came with tarter sauce on it. Not sure who needs to know this but tarter sauce is for fish and never for a beef burger
Uber driver Said stole our food. I'm giving 3 stars because the restaurant did nothing wrong and I am required to leave a star rating. Beware of Said. Uber refunded my order but the restaurant loses my family loses. Said I hope you enjoyed my wife and daughters surprise lunch.
First time there and I was really impressed. I'm picking with burger but it was fantastic and the staff were super nice
Tried the Blue Moon Burger, tasted fresh, personally didn't like the blue cheese wouldn't get it again.
I am beyond impressed. I ordered their vegan/meatless options...the fishless & chips and the plant based spicy burger. First of all I live in Oshawa and they delivered. Second , the food was packed well. Third and the best of it all...the flavor. I was freaking out. So so so good! I am so excited to try the rest of their options. Ty Hero burgers for having so many DELICIOUS options !
Good food but a bit of an attitude when it comes to giving out ketchup. My order had 4 burgers and was told I’d be charged for ketchup… easy way to lose a customer. And the order was wrong
