Had the shawarma and spicy suicide pizza, both were delicious! So fresh and warm, will definitely come back

This establishment has decided to put their OBL on the line by refusing service to people with exemptions. When I called to speak to a manager, he proceeded to talk very condescendingly to me saying that he knows the rules and asked me why I didn't read the sign on the door. I tried to explain, albeit in vain, that his business license is being jeopardized due to these actions, at which point he hung up on me. I will be pursuing this matter further with the Better Business Bureau on account of the sheer lack of professionalism and discrimination they have exercised in this instance.

Great friendly staff. Food is good.

The food is great. Loved the wings, loved the pizzas, loved the Parmesan bites. But what really shines at this location is the service. They called right away to clarify an order with us, to our satisfaction. One time we received a handwritten note from the staff on the box to apologize for the long wait (it was COVID lockdown on a Friday night and we didn’t even think the wait was unreasonable long at all.) The delivery is hot and quick, and the delivery lady we have dealt with is so friendly and polite.Definitely recommend based upon the excellent service.Edited 6 months after I originally reviewed them:I’ve ordered a bunch of times. Never once has the food failed to please, it’s been great every single time. But the service is unparalleled! Today was the first time the driver forgot something (just the dipping sauces) and he told me before I noticed and was back with the sauces pronto! I love these guys. They’re rock solid, consistent, polite, and they make great food.

The pizza was fresh and the toppings were given adequate quantity. Loved itThere was Halal option as well. The stuff was really friendly and helped to cater my need. Thanks ?

Worst pizza I've had in years. I moved to oshawa a few years ago but today I decided to pick up a pizza from whitby on my way home. I ordered an extra large pepperoni (the most basic pizza available) over the phone. brought it home and wow I was disappointed, it had barely any sauce, was undercooked, but it was still hard so i'm assuming the dough wasn't fresh to begin with and tasted just absolutely terrible. I genuinely haven't ever had a pizza this awful, and you know the saying even bad pizza is good pizza, but not this one. for the price just go somewhere else you can literally get a pizza anywhere for cheaper and anywhere would be better. not worth a dollar!

Ordered pizza at noon over the phone I drive down at 1230 and the doors locked. Apparently the oven isn't working. You'd think you should call your customers back and let them know you can't fulfill the order. Have kids waiting now I have to drive somewhere else have them wait longer.Gino's in the 90s was great pizza. Now I wonder how they still exist

Hello. This is my favourite local pizza spot. I order from here at least 3 times a month. Pizza is very good quality ingredients and very consistent. Pizza is always delivered hot within a reasonable amount of time. Wings are also above average. Can’t go wrong ??

Tried one of their slices in the morning yesterday and loved it. Ordered a pizza for delivery in the evening and loved it even more, it was very fresh, a decent amount of toppings and they delivered it within 25min! Friendly staff and good Covid-19 protocols. If you are confused about the topping combinations, ask them, they have great recommendations. Absolutely my new favourite spot!05/14/2021Picked up dinner for tonight, another happy experience!

After having Ginos pizza in Kingston and loving it, I wanted to give this location a try.Unfortunately the pizza was equally as terrible as the service we received. We got to the restaurant about half an hour after we ordered the pizza for pick up. When we got there, the lady in the back told us “7 more minutes” and our order would be ready. So, we went back to the car and waited. 10 minutes later, we go back in and she says our order will be RIGHT up, and then we see her put our second pizza in the oven right after she says this. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes inside, when she could have just been honest about how long it would actually take. Not to mention the whole time our first pizza had been sitting out and was cold by the time we ate it. Then, because she was rushed she took the second one out too early and we were left with a doughy, undercooked pizza.I will not return, and do not recommend this location.
