I used to only go to the whitby fire house but today was not very good. Both my subs were cold! I noticed today while I was waiting that no one was wearing hair nets which sorta grossed me out, then it just so happen my boyfriend found a long hair in his sub!I won’t be returning here
They gave me a completely different order than what I ordered they’re too busy talking to themselves about their personal lives to care about anyone’s order to the person who owns this location fire the people who work there and hire people who actually enjoy their job.
I was originally going to rate 2 stars but after reading the other poor reviews, I had to knock off another 1. I hate giving poor reviews but man, this place needs to get it together.I was the only person ordering, took ten minutes to get served. Very simple order - club on whole wheat with datil sauce.First sandwich - no meat. Trainee made it and completely fumbled. No big deal, we all start somewhere.Remake sandwich - no bacon, no datil sauce, on white bread. Huh?? I didn't want to risk whatever disaster was awaiting me for sub #3 so I just ate it.As the others said - save the headache and go to Oshawa where the competent people are. I've had 20+ subs from Oshawa Firehouse made to perfection, zero errors. Both sandwiches here weren't even close to my order.If the owner reads this, you need to shake things up here. Unresponsive staff who can't make the simplest sandwiches. 16 dollars later and I'm writing this review. That's not value, that's not service - that is called theft.
It was okay but I specifically asked for only Italian dressing on it not the sauce that comes with it. They put mayo and Italian on it and I do not believe in food waste so I forced myself to eat it and it was unenjoyable. I visited Friday May 6th
Had the Italian sub. It was ok but all I could really taste is the mayo dressing. Was loaded with meat but could not taste the meat flavor
I went here a few days ago. Just to get to the point, the food was good, it was very clean and the cashier James was very nice and informative. I would suggest coming here ?
Partner and I were the only 2 in the store ordering and they managed to make 1 completely wrong sub and 1 right but we didn't look until we got home. They double checked about the pickles to and that wasn't in any container. We'll manage our time better and go to the oshawa location where the employees care and we don't waste our gas and $30.
Possibly due to the mask I wore and the loud music playing, the person at the cash got my order wrong. Ordered a medium Hook and Latter, ended up with a beef brisket and cheese. Of course didn't notice until after I was lo g gone and about to eat. The Sandwich was good but not what I was looking for.

Took over 30 minutes for an expensive sub, very understaffed. Most people waiting over 30 minutes for an expensive sandwich, please hire appropriate staff
