It was crazy busy but I didn't end up waiting that long for my ice cream! Kudos to that team for a quick service on a hot night!!
Great effort on the part of DQ to make the experience safe and fun. Friendly and helpful staff at this location. The chicken strips are awesome, I guess they have new seasonings. The best part is the bit size sundaes so you don't feel too guilty. Overall four stars for effort and friendliness. Will update soon.
Just visited today. The burger quality was so bad. The outdoor seats and tables were unclean. For $12 you could have had better options (e.g., Mary Browns, 5 guys, etc.). Never visit again.
Visited yesterday and waited almost a half hour for a simple order. Only saw 3 staff, manager taking orders, 1 filling ice cream and 1 other on grill ?
Dairy Queen is by far the slowest "fast food" restaurant I have ever encountered. The smallest of orders don't get given out for like 20 minutes or the fully made order is just sitting there on the counter getting cold. Their pre-order feature does not make a single difference in the waiting time for your order because you still have to wait for 20 minutes just watching it sit on the counter even after asking for it. Dairy Queen has terrible service and it has been this way forever.
Staff were pleasant, courteous, efficient. Store was clean. Cone came really quickly.

About a month ago, my husband and I went for banana splits. This location was out of bananas. We had to drive to the other store in Whitby. Last night we thought that we would give them another shot at it and again, they were out of bananas! If I managed a store like this, I would have run to the supermarket and bought bananas. They are cheap enough to pick up. I was very disappointed.
Went here today and ordered lunch for my fiancé and I ordered a bacon double cheese deluxe and they gave me a double cheese burger when asked about it they made it seem like I didn’t order the right thing when I did long story short they asked if I wanted to keep the other burger I said ok sure a few mins later then come back and tell me they have to throw it in only giving 3 starts cause after they finally made it right but did ask a million times if I ordered the bacon or the regular my meal was the bbq whatever it was perfect and delicious just disappointed my fiancé got the wrong order would not recommend going here at lunch they make you wait way to long abs still mess up your order
Meh. It has it's pros and cons. Love the banana split. Customer service is lacking. Onion rings are the battered kind and are soooo good.. burgers meh, ice cream is on point though. Yummmm
