Today I bribed my son to leave the scorching hot playground to get ice cream. We arrived at this location at 10:20 not realizing they open at 11:00.The lovely woman working inside heard us try to open the door and came out to let us know that they don’t open until 11. I don’t know if she saw my toddler and anticipated the meltdown that would have come by reloading him into the car but she looked at me and asked what we were there for. I told her just a small ice cream for my son and she so kindly brought us in and let me buy a small cone. Thank you to the kind manager/worker, you made this Mam’s life a hell of a lot easier today
Delicious food with friendly efficient staff, in a dirty broken-down store. Everywhere we looked was trash & dirt on the floors, tables, and thrown into empty spaces. Broken wall tiles in multiple places. Staff were running out to use the customer ice machine at the front of the store, as presumably, the kitchen one was broken. Outside seating was also dirty. Seriously, the city needs to come by and inspect this place for health code violations.
Very disappointed. Went at lunch time today with my daughter. Ordered two hamburger meals. Both hamburgers had been reheated in the microwave (grey no evidence of grilling) onion rings Luke warm and very greasy, fries we’re underdone. This is third meal we’ve had at this particular DQ that has been disappointing. We won’t be back.
I ordered sauced and tossed, not honey bbq soup. My Sprite tasted like carbonated water. Also don’t appreciate being rushed at the drive thru speaker and constantly interrupted.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal and I am not sure how these two small chicken pieces count as 2 chicken fingers when compared to another full finger especially at the cost for the food. I feel robbed. My meal in total cost about $30.
Ice cream, awesome, sure bet. Stay away from non specialty items. Except their hotdogs; they're good dogs, especially the chilli cheese dog. If you're a fan of an upgraded 7-11 style dog with more class.
Terrible experience getting food from here. Ordered a chickenstrip meal. I get home and see my meal has a total of maybe 15 fries a gravy and 6 tiny scrap size nuggets of chicken. The gravy took more of the box than the actual food.
The guy who served us was very helpful and nice. I give it a 3 because I asked for extra lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich and it was not there. It gets really mad since I paid for that too and it's on the order.
This was actually a decent DQ. Was pleasantly surprised with the Steakhouse Burger, as I had heard it wasn't super amazing. Much better quality than I expected! Great quick service by the staff.Thanks DQ for a great lunch! If I'm ever in the area again, you wil be my go-to lunch!
We are contacting customer support after my fiance and I got really sick last night and today after ordering two shakes last night. :( fiance has been vomitting all day. Never had this issue at any other location. (first time ordering from this one)
