Great job. We ordered from these guys for my Sons birthday and it was great. Party pizzas were a good size. The gluten free pizza was good and the chicken fingers meal was awesome. Delivered right on the requested time with it piping hot. He even offered to leave the hot bag and get it later because the kids were swimming.
Owner was very disrespectful when I called and tried to ask a question about using the website with half toppings. It said three toppings, but wouldn’t let me split the toppings between the two sides of the pizza. I called to see if I was doing something wrong and he said it’s extra, order somewhere else and hung up the phone one me. I called back to explain I was only trying to ask a question and he just talked over me and hung up the phone again. Very disappointed in the customer service. We used to order here all the time, but something has changed. The opener obviously has too much business to care about his customers.
Used to be a lot better. Paper thin soggy pizza this time around. Will be the last time I order from here unfortunately.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ordered a gluten free pizza and when it arrived, it was obviously not gluten free. When I called the owner was very rude and told me there’s no way he would give a refund. I tried to explain how serious of an issue this was and he hung up on me. When I called back he told me he was going to call the police!! I told him I was going to have to contact the health department since he didn’t understand how much this could harm someone, only then did he offer me a half refund. It’s clear this place only cares about saving money and is okay with cutting corners and treating customers horribly in the process. Absolutely insane experience.

I used to love this pizza place. But tonight I lost all faith in them. I ordered delivery for 6:15, they called at 5:30 saying they were at my home. I was not home. Thus the reason for ordering for a certain time. No one called me to make arrangements for a different time.The delivery guy called the store than called me back saying they had no driver for 6:15. I told them I was not home thus the reason I ordered for 6:15.At 6:10 I got another call asking if they could deliver the pizza. I accepted ans met the driver. I asked if it was the same pizza they tried to deliver 45 minutes ago. The driver said no.When I put the pizza and wedges on the able for dinner for my family of 7. The pizza was stone cold and the wedges were so soggy we couldn't even eat them.So much for our Grey cup pizza party... All could have been avoided with a quick phone call.Very disappointed. We won't be ordering again, nor will our work places who habitual ordered Friday lunches from them.
This place is drive across town good! Never disappointed.

Comino's is the best affordable and tasting pizza in Durham! Their owner Siva and staff are always friendly and never disappoint in their quality of food, would highly recommend grabbing a meal here!
Ordered 3 pizzas tonight for my family and all three were very well done/burnt. When I called they refused to remake the order and told me that was how they cook their pizzas. My kids wouldn't eat it and I couldn't blame them it was worse than cardboard. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.Edit: We brought our pizza back for a refund and saw that he wasn't wearing a mask! He argued about the refund and tried to say he didn't owe us one. But eventually gave a partial refund. We will never be back.
