Love this little shop!She always knows my coffee order - and always has a few sprinkle donuts ready to go because I pillage her supply thrice a day.Definitely recommend if you’re in the mall :)
The lady who is working there is so illiterate can’t understand what am asking and still so rude when I had trouble paying with one of my credit cards was so annoyed while I was trying my other card. Seriously teach the employees basic manners.

Went in first thing Morning for breakfast, the containers that hold condiments haven't been washed, or the area where they be sitting. That's right.. you may risk getting left over stale toppings in your food while they squirt it out of the container., not only this. This wasn't the only dirty area or product

Man serving us wasn’t wearing his mask (had it hanging from his ear the entire time) and he gave us the wrong donut, which is fine.. just a mistake. So after I took the donut out of the bag my mom brought it up and he took it from her and put it back with the rest of the donuts to resell, after 3 people (me, my mom, and him) had touched it. Pandemic aside, this isn’t okay! But the fact that we are currently in a pandemic makes this 100 times worse. He did throw the donut out after arguing with my mom that it’s okay to do that even though multiple people touched the donut.
Haven't been to a Coffee Time in a long way. Cant seem to find them anymore , a lot of them have closed . They wouldn't be closed if they operate like this one.This one is very good. Good fresh coffee and pastries with great seating area. Located in the Whitby mall.
Great doughnuts, way better than Tim Horton’s. Super friendly lady who’s always there, very kind.This is kind of a one off as they serve a few pretty random items for a Coffee Time, however most are delicious, including the patties and the samosas. I usually grab an eclair or fritter if I’m in the mall. Usually pretty fresh, definitely made from another location and that’s just fine.
