Ordered a 8pc combo fries with biscuits. The biscuits were pretty good to be honest. Chicken was dry, overcooked. Had to get through an insane amount of deepfry batter to even get a bite of the chicken. Fries were greasy, dry and no flavour, they smelled like they’d been sitting for an hour or two, but ya the biscuits were decent so I guess there’s that
Normally come here for the family meals and I do rate Church’s chicken above Popeye’s and KFC in terms of crunch, flavour and not dried out.Do expect a wait most of the times but calling ahead does help mitigate that. Also make sure your order is fully there before leaving as I have had to remind the personnel a few times of a missing item.
If I could rate it lower I would. For one, the food was gross. The classic chicken is a frozen patty you could buy at no frills and the veggies on the burger were limp and gross. The food doesn't even match the pictures, which is not abnormal but this was a very drastic difference. The food was very expensive for small portions and poor quality. It's as if they opened the franchise to gain church's trusted customer's and serve their own nasty food. Please save yourself the money and the insult to your tastebuds, DO NOT EAT HERE.
Have ordered from here many times but today's order definitely was a horrible experience. The chicken tastes much saltier, the size got much smaller, and the biscuit i used to love also changed because it no longer tastes as sweet as before.
Although there chicken was good which is exactly what you would expect from a chicken place that's the only star that they got. They use McCain french fries. They got my order wrong. And I was the only person there besides uber's eats eats delivery. They told me that in order for my chicken I had to wait 18 minutes and so I ordered the popcorn chicken which still took 16 minutes and they gave me the wrong chicken and gave me tenders to boot. If you micromanage them and have lots of time I would recommend them
First time trying Church’s and honestly it was terrible. Ordered a classic and a spicy chicken sandwich because of an ad I saw online and the sandwiches looked nothing like the photos. It’s a frozen chicken patty like the boxed ones you can buy at the grocery store. The spicy one wasn’t spicy at all and they should put pickles on it like every other chicken place instead of a pinch of lettuce and barely any sauce. I could have made a better chicken sandwich at home. Although the servings were large for the fries, they texture was like they had been reheated. Ordered and paid for a few dipping sauces and they forgot to put them in the bag. With every other fast food chicken spot within a block of here, don’t waste your time.
Food is really good, haven't came across uncooked or messed up orders. But the wait time is insane. When you go there order at least 20-30 minutes before.If its a sandwich its gonna take longer. I went once waited 40 minutes, I asked many times over and over again for my order and they say the same thing over again, "Just a minute". I counted around 10-15 people who ordered after me and still got their orders before mine. My order was laid out in front of them and they just kept walking passed it for 40 mins .. they just left it half made. Good food just not proper customer service. Sorry...
Amazing Chicken sandwich,(Texan rub) and 5pc wings combo. I would take pictures but unfortunately you would’ve only seen empty boxes and wrappers.
Bad service. Very rude staff. Not good quality- Chicken wasn’t cooked properly and they didn’t even strain the oil properly from chicken - extremely oily.
I usually donot rate bad, but the attitude of the serving girl was so bad that I decided not only to give rating but also write this comment.Today is Wednesday dated 22 Dec 2021 and time is 01:30 midnight.Writing above detail so that the owner might take some action.Food of Church's is v good, I love it. And I will not leave reading it due to bad behaviour of an employee ?
