What a great place!! We drove up from Ottawa and were looking for a place to spend the morning with our kids and are we glad we went here. So many great games for the kids (adults too), the place was extremely clean and the food was great. On top of this the staff are just so pleasant and down to earth. We will for sure be making a trip back specifically to come here. Love the idea of the safety selfie as well, its nice to see a company take such care for their patrons. Very impressed. We spent all day here, played endless games, had lunch for 4 and were still under $100... How can you beat that for the great family memories made!P.S. to the person complaining about the safety selfie.... I'm not even sure what to say. Most GOOD parents should appreciate the added safety precaution to ensure children are leaving with the correct person and not some random.
Creepy start - they make you take a selfie on entry, and when we tried to leave later on, the staff member stood blocking the exit gate until we showed her our selfie. They didn’t ask us to share, but non-verbal coercion? No thanks. Games and mini rides for kids aged 3 and up. All machines require 1-2 tokens. They used to have a free playground apparently, but that’s gone now; everything is pay-to-play. All games run on a timer, generally lasting about 20 seconds; player skill has no effect on the timer. Video Games are mostly low quality, no name. We bought the 42 tokens for $17, the cheapest option, and it lasted a bit under 30 mins. If you’ve 2+ older kids aged 5 and up, definitely buy the 30 minute timed pass, as it’s better value. Compared to real arcades, this place is awful low-rent depressing; the games are peak ADHD with their fixed 20 second windows, and always end prematurely resulting in disappointment and anger for the kids and adults. The only good thing I can say is that you get to choose a lot of different games to play without it costing too much. The kids seemed to love it, I hated it, and the selfie thing was off putting, so it’s 2 star for me.
had an amazing experience today at chucke cheese’s, good food and even better service 10/10! the male employee with the glasses, we wish we remembered your name but thank you for making our experience one to remember! <3
The staff are so kind and fun. My sister absolutely adores this place. The prices are good and it's a stress-free environment when you bring your kids or siblings. You should definitely come here. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot even comes out and dances with the kids.
My kids love here! It’s understaffed, too busy. waited for dipping dots for too long but employees are very nice.
Visited the place for Birthday party ?. It is amazing place as kids really enjoyed it.For birthday party, there is special area for kids to get together. The playing area is common. There are numbers of games for kids and they can have fun.It is good option as Whitby location has capacity to handle 80-100 guests for birthday party. Food options were limited and ? pizza was good. There is no mask requirements now but some people were wearing mask.
I went here yesterday I have to say, I was really impressed. Right from the get go, the place was very clean and it was very organized. Annmarie, the cashier at the front was very nice and helpful, she was very informative about all of the different deals and was very patient (we kind of took a while to decide what we wanted to order for both cards and food). My family and I ordered about 6-7 cards, some with credits and some with time and all of the games were amusing. 2 of my little cousins were having so much fun they were speaking in like 2 times speed talking about how fun it was. Also, shoutout to another one of the workers Tristan, one of the basketball games broke down and he fixed it, I was able to play the game more which made me very happy because I love basketball. Along with that he also did an excellent job of keeping the place structured and clean throughout. To summarize, my family and I had a wonderful experience. Also for anyone who is reading this who is looking to attend Chuck E. Cheese. 100% I would suggest coming here. It’s a great way to enjoy free time, be in a family friendly environment and it’s a great place to eat food. Very impressed ?.
It was fun for kids. Place was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting answers as it was our first time at a Chuck E. Cheese. In addition to the video games, an indoor play area would have made it a perfect place for kids. Food is a little expensive but fresh and tasty.
the Grandkids loved it. thanks for the bonus for my Granddaughter's Birthday
went here with my cousins. had lots of fun trying every game. loved the food as well! ?
