It is a tradition for my sister and I to celebrate our Birthdays at Chatterpaul's or any other occasion for that matter. Expectations were high and you did not disappoint. The staff was so awesome, the young lady at the front and every server that night, contributed to our awesome experience.Our server Angle was so amazing. She did not act in the capacity of a server, she treated us like a friend. She knew exactly what we wanted and she delivered. Thank you Angela for making Sevenn's Birthday a memorable experience.
An amazing dining experience! You can really tell everyone from the servers to the chefs, really care about making your meal the best it can be. Crab cakes, lamb curry, braised beef, everything tasted amazing! It is very clear how much effort is put into every ingredient on each item in the menu. Everything has such a fresh and unique flavour and at a very reasonable price. Looking forward to dining here again, thank you!
Friends of ours joined us for dinner here last week. Nestled in a strip plaza in Whitby, Chatterpaul’s has a large outdoor tented patio as well as a very nice indoor dining area.A great wine and cocktail selection.I would recommend the Tiki Mule. Gin, island punch and ginger beer.To start we had an amuse bouche prepared by the chef, following with coconut shrimp and the bruschetta. The shrimp dish was 4 pieces of large shrimp. Tasted great but this could be had anywhere. Nothing stood out. The bruschetta on the other hand was the star of the appetizers!Our mains consisted of the beef rib, which sat on top of a bed of creamy mashed potatoes along with roasted vegetables. The catfish special of the day came with 2 shrimp on top of a bed of rice. The pasta dish was a cheese stuffed tortellini with shrimp. None of these dishes missed. All were incredible.A lovely night out with great food, drinks and atmosphere

The food was amazing. However the wait time to get the food was longer than normal.
Amazing Food, and excellent service. Fusion of West Indian and Italian/Canadian Cuisine. Calamari is delicious, Mussels are the best I've had and the Mahi Mahi over Spinach filled ravioli in a lobster cream dill sauce was to die for actually so were the crab cakes. Best Birthday Meal I had in years . Creme Brulee was Decadnt ?
Went here for dinner with a few friends that I’ve not seen since before COVID. The place was nice, welcoming and easy to find.The Staff were great and polite.We started off with the Fast Fry calamari - which is amazing.. make sure order that (if you like calamari). For dinner I had the curry Lamb & Shrimp dish that is served over pasta. It was really big and very good!

Excellent food, shared the baked brie, escargots (happy hour has half price apps and wine!) and had the duck, my partner had the mahi and ravioli, and everything was superb. Great atmosphere too!
