First time back since the renovations and loved it! Brothers has been one our favourite restaurants for years and we didn’t know what to expect and they didn’t disappoint! Same chef so the food is as excellent as always. Their lasagna is the best I’ve ever had! Our server was excellent! The Reno’s were bright and fresh. An overall 10/10! We’ll be back again and again!
This was the first time at Brothers Ristorante The family came for my brother in laws mothers 70th birthday and we will NEVER COME BACK. The service is HORRIBLE. We ordered as soon as we got here and it has been OVER AN HOUR and we still HAVENT GOTTEN WHAT WE ORDERED. Instead they brought us out bread. My daughter is 4, she ordered apple juice and spaghetti. The apple juice came in a glass cup filled to the top with ice, the spaghetti in a bowl with an adult spoon and a ton of sauce.REALLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH BROTHERS RISTORANTE.My family WE NEVER BE BACK
Like many other reviewers, this is not the same restaurant as before and they are riding the previous owners coattails for the food quality and pricing. The food tastes processed. This is not fine dining any longer. However, they have the audacity to charge $28 for chicken parmesan which consisted of a piece of chicken, bad cheese on top and some noodles with butter on it(like I'd make for my 5 year old!). There were no vegetables! I could make a better chicken parm at home for $8 at most. The server was very nice. It's not her fault that she has to deliver terrible food. The redecor as was also noted was awful. At least try to make it look nice if the food is going to be so bad. Also if you get the kids spaghetti, it's a $2 surcharge to get one meatball. Are you kidding me?Anyway, save your stomach, time and money and go anywhere else to eat.
We just had a birthday gathering here a few days ago and all five of us really enjoyed the experience! We'd been to the original Brothers many times over the years, so while the renovations were a surprise they were a pleasant one -- particularly that there is now a washroom on the main floor rather than the basement, which means our family with mobility issues can now visit freely! Our server, Dallas, was great -- she even helped us relocate to a different table that suited our occasion best. We each ordered something different (I had the truffle mac and cheese, my mother had the chicken marsala, our friends had the chicken parm and an array of salads/appetizers) and everything was really good. We let Raj, one of the owners, know about our great experience but I thought a review here might be helpful as well. We'll definitely be back!
I had dinner here last week with friends and family. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent! Every detail was just right. We will be back soon! The Chicken Marsala was fabulous!
Food was ok, ambiance and new face-lift looks unfortunately tacky and rushed. Paint on the tiles, cheap looking marble panels are definitely not the nice warm cozy feel from prior. Even the main sign out front was changed to some bizzare ugly blue. Real shame as we probably won't be back. Server was really nice
Sad they were allowed to keep the name the old owners worked so hard to build. Horrible service and food was even worse. Sports bar? Fine dining? Fast food?Clearly they aren’t sure. Been a regular for many years but that was our last visit. Pizza pizza has better Italian food.
I live in this neighborhood an I miss the old ownership. I used to order takeout often so I know the prices have increased by a couple dollars, and every time I go to George's (which is almost every day, rip George ?) the restaurant is dead and empty. This place used to be packed every evening. I wonder where they are all going now (Bella Notte is amazing!!)I have not ordered from this place since new ownership took over simply because I knew it would not be as good. When renovations were happening, one of the co-owners would show up on the work site in a new corvette or Lamborghini on different days. Also the bright new signage is too flashy and annoying, I wonder how the neighbors across the street feel about having bright flashing red and blue lights coming through their windows all night and morning. This quiet neighborhood really did not need a flashy, overpriced bar.Perhaps if the new owners had taken some time to talk to the former clients and residents in the neighborhood and got their opinions things may have worked out better. Unfortunately they seem to be young guys and new to the restaurant business. Ownership is clearly not interested in keeping the old business authentic.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but my family and I went to this restaurant for the first time and our experience was so disappointing I feel the need to. Though the server was friendly the food was overpriced at the very best. I got the truffle mac and cheese, and this was one of the most tasteless dishes I have ever had. I refuse to believe there was any truffle oil,or even much cheese in the dish. I have had better boxed macaroni and cheese. My fiance's food was cold when it came to the table. The prices are far too high for the quality of food you are getting.
