We were served by Michah at the Taunton Oshawa restaurant location. She was so pleasant and had our drinks ready before we even asked for refills! What's wild is that she displayed excellent customer service while working a double shift and being the only server. To treat every customer like they are your first and last of the day while working a double and being the only staff is nothing short but spectacular! Because of her I will definitely be back. Excellent excellent excellent!!!!!
We went for dinner last night. The Food was incredible and filling ( photos included)Our family- Sat in the bar SectionJust a few things a kitchen staff brought out our nacho platter with no napkins or side plates even after we asked her for some.We waited 6mins, and nobody was on our side of the restaurant, so my husband got up and got some from the bar.Our waiter was training by himself, and he was super friendly, he will make a great asset to the staff.However, being that said, the 5 tables on the bar side could have used a waiter/waitress a few times.The couple behind us asked my husband where the napkins were as well.At one point, I almost called the front to ask for a waiter.I understand that the other side was a bit busy, and the staff is hard to come by.We do appreciate the other waiter as well, that stepped in and helped out at the end.
Had a great dinner here tonight! Our server Jordan G was so friendly and really made our experience a great one. I don’t usually leave reviews for places but he went above and beyond and I really felt the need to tell you how great he was!
Food was ok at best. Pizza was a low light. The water glasses were dirty. Took out server a solid 15 minutes to get to us before we could even place an order, but that is more on staffing then the server as I didn't see many.For a pizza place, the pizza wasn't very good.
Today was my fist time going to Boston Pizza in Whitby on taunton and I must say it was not a very good experienceFirst when we got seated the area that we were sitting in was very cold,Second we ordered our food/appetizers which had taken a long time to arrive, another family came in and ordered their food and received it before we received ours.,Thirdly when we did get our food their was some pieces of hair in it and that was very disturbing, when your food arrives please check it first before u eat.10 year [email protected]
Thank you to the staff and management that was working on Feb 25 2022. We had visited the Whitby South store at 6 pm to fond out after we ordered that they were out of everything we did order . We left and went to the whitby north location where we were treated fantastic after such a bad experience. Well done to the staff at this store. Boston Pizza Is out favorite restaurant and we will definitely visit this location again. Service was fast, food was hot and delicious.
We had a great time at dinner with our grandson. Natchos were good, the linguini jambalaya was thoroughly enjoyed by my husband and our grandson loved the Caesar salad with chicken.Our server Jordan was fabulous! He was very pleasant, efficient and took care of us very well. We were accommodated right at the closing of their kitchen and never felt rushed. We will be back?
I'm really disappointed at the way I've been treated at this restaurant. We ordered the double size chicken wings, oven baked with bbq flavour. Brought it home and it was spicy, no hint of barbeque. We had previously dined it and tried this exact order, hence we knew what taste to expect. I called the restaurant to share my experience and I was offered $20 credit on my next order. I said I'd prefer to have the wings replaced with the bbq sauce flavor I requested. I was told to speak to a manager ( I think Bryson?). He comes on the phone, I explain my situation and he says he personally made the wings so he knows it has bbq sauce. Also, for takeout orders, they give bbq sauce on the side. However, he can prepare a replacement order. Since it was the kids' bedtime, I asked if I can pickup the order another day and he said no problem just tell the staff. So I called to order today and placed the order doe the dinner portion of chicken wings. Asked the girl twice to ensure its not the appetizer portion, she confirms its not. Hubby goes to pick it up and sees a small box so he asks if its app portion. Girl says no, they just changed boxes. We get home and open it and it has 8 wings vs 16 wings. I called and asked to speak to manager and they said he's stepped out but will call back. No call back so far. I fail to understand why there was a need to lie. Its a shame because we used to go out of our way to order wings from them each time we order pizza. Terrible customer service
This evening I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken for delivery,I must say I don’t often write reviews but the service and attention to detail that Was offered far surpassed my expectations.The attention to detail truly took my breath away.I had quite the appetite prior to the delivery and now I’m laying here completely 100 percent satisfied5 stars Would absolutely recommend!Will be re-ordering in the near future
What an awful experience my husband and I had at the Boston Pizza in Whitby. When we were finally seated a waiter took our order and then we never saw him again. The girl that brought our food had long hair that looked like it was dangling in my food. Our food was cold and disgusting. But we couldn't even complain because again we never saw our waiter again. My husband had to chase down a waiter just to pay for our meal. We will never go there again and highly recommend that no one does. If you do you have been warned.
